Sierra and Candace at Snow Owl are an absolute pleasure to work with. Working within a tight deadline, they were able to create this beautiful custom ring. Sierra was incredibly easy to get ahold of and very communicative through the process. Unbelievably grateful to have a Jewler nearby whom I can trust :) When you stop by make sure to give the pup lots of love!

Do NOT take your heirlooms here!! They completely mangled my great-grandmother's 130-old gold ring. Charged me $275 and now I'm having to pay another jeweler $600 to fix the horrific "lumpy, flat, poorly-color matched" work they did. The jeweler correcting their mistakes said, "Everything about their work says they were terrified of this ring and had no business attempting a repair on it. They should have called you when they realized it was above their paygrade." They refuse to pay the $400 difference to correct their poor quality work. Even suggested I give the ring to them to work on some more - absolutely no way I would let them near my jewelery again. A valuable heirloom is severely damaged in 3 places with expensive labor-intensive work needed to attempt to mitigate the damage that Snow Owl caused by their poor-quality work.

Beware! This place has outrageous prices and I'm not sure how they're still in business . Of course the business can charge whatever they like. But I was quoted $300 to resize a simple silver bracelet and $1000 to resize my wedding band. I went to another jeweler and was quoted $30 to resize the bracelet and $100 to resize my ring. Additionally, the woman at the counter was very rude, and seem to think she was I was wasting her time. If you want to spend lots of money on something that should cost 1/10 of the price and be treated like poorly, feel free to do so here.

This is the most unethical jewelry repair shop ever, they charged my mother in law $180 to resize a $25 ring. Unethical grifters if ever there was one. Steer clear of this business at all costs.

I am sooooo irritated with Snow Owl Designs.I bought a ring for my mike and needed to have it resized to fit. They talked used out of the size we wanted and it didn’t fit. Went back in to get it right and they charged $120 to refit it. Didn’t expect to pay to get it refitted much less that much. Cheap business.

Greeted by a very large barking dog as I walked into the dimly lit store. There was little luster anywhere. Most pieces looked tarnished or even dirty. Not much that was special or unique. Way over-priced.

If there is a piece of jewelry you have been wanting but can't find, visit Snow Owl Designs and if she doesn't have it, she can create it.

Amazingly expensive repair! I recently had a single-strand glass bead bracelet restrung and was charged $40.00! The estimate was 40 cents per inch and, unknown to me, they charged by the outside size of the beads and not the elastic cord size. Several years ago, I had had this bracelet restrung by a wonderful bead shop in Multnomah Village, a victim of Covid, for $12.00. I do not recommend them!!

Really felt like these women were intentionally trying to make this experience very difficult!! Would not listen to what I wanted and actually had my Mom design my pendant! The end result is beautiful although I’ll have upsetting memories of the process...very sorry I gave them my business!!

I was surprised by my fiancé in November with a custom engagement ring by a Snow Owl. It's absolutely perfect and I'm amazed with how diligently they worked with my fiancé to make sure it was just right. Our wedding bands are just as beautiful and I can't wait to wear them!
