I’ve gone in a couple times to get new stems and bowls. The employees have always been helpful and friendly, and their service fast.

One thing I have to say. I haven't seen too many owners as Kool as this one. I even deleted my concerns few mins after posting it. He does care of customers.I hope everyone agrees With thisdon't matter the amount of money a customer got to purchase the employee doesn't have the right to be rude

This shop is awesome. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices. Will be back for all my future glass and accessories! Highly recommend!
