First I want to say that I am a peaceful person, who never wishes bad on anyone, no matter what ethnicity, faith or skin color.While shopping for a gift for my sister-n-law, my husband I were absolutely taken back after the owner who goes by Sam.(One of the employees said his birth name is actually Osama)We overheard Sam talking to another gentlemen, screaming some really disgusting and disparaging things about the Jewish Faith and the Jewish People. He spoke quite fervently and open about how Israel should be blown off the planet for their atrocities towards the People of Palestine. This is the “G-Rated” version of what actually came out of his mouth.I understand that many have their own opinions about this, but other people shouldn’t have to be subjected to this type of open ridicule, especially unsuspecting patrons.I felt so much shame and sorrow for someone who lacks the decency to keep their politics and religious beliefs to themselves.We will not condone this type of ridicule and outrageous behavior and refuse to ever go back to this establishment.I really wanted to check this guy right on the spot, but didn’t want to add to a conflict, but felt it best to allow him to read the comments in this review.Lastly, we found the store to be subpar (both in inventory and prices) compared to other establishments we have been.

12/17/2023 2:30 PM The guy who is working here knows nothing about any vapes or anything in here he is rude to customers and says snappy comments to people who try to simply get their order. Very unprofessional. Sadly I always come here but won't be returning because of how rude this guy was.

Sold me a flum for $35 when they are $28 at nearby stores. Tried in store and it already tasted like it was burnt/running out. Cashier was unwilling to swap it out despite dissatisfaction with the overpriced product that i purchased. I wouldn't ask to swap it out if it was working properly. Every other store allows you to swap it out because there are problems when they sit in the box for an extended period of time. Take your money and business elsewhere unless you want a faulty product that they are unwilling to swap out

Got a really nice honeycomb double perk the customer service was very good I can't complain he knocked a little off the price for me and they got Tesla lighters also.

Guy who runs the place is dope. Good vibes, great selection, reasonably priced. Absolutely hooked it up when one of my vapes was a dud.

The prices here are a total joke and a laughable for sure adventure tons of smoke shops over my life and I would never spend a dime in here they got some of the worst prices I've seen in a long time you could do way better elsewhere! they should come to Seattle and see how real smoke shops operate

Pretty cool tobacco vape shop. Pretty much have everything one could need for the most part. Good amount of glass and even ones not visible. Only reason 4 stars is because of access when traveling in a vehicle. No parking whatsoever. Must park a block away paid street parking and walk to the location.i have used the fredmeyer parking garage and after shopping at fredys walked over to smokers and back and did not have to pay or worry about finding a parking spot.

I just went in to get some ejuice. Place looks pretty sketchy (it IS East Burnside), but the guys that work there were actually really nice and knowledgeable. Everything is behind the counter, as you would expect at a store like this, so being able to rely on the sales people is crucial. The guy I talked to steered me in the right direction and got me what I needed. I'll be going back.

About half of their products are defective. If you bring a defective product in wanting to switch it out, they’ll say there’s nothing they can do. No apology, not even a recognition of the fact that the product is unusable.Go here if you want terrible products and equally bad customer service. If you can find a single good thing about this smoke shop- you’re a saint!
