Would not do my embroidery piece. Had a golf bag cover and said they do not do 1 piece jobs. Turning down business is never good. Seeing how I’ve been in the promotional product business I know how easy it is to complete a job AND how this “1” job would have lead to more work from my current business. Moving on.(Edit) I received a response from to company stating that they do not do one piece jobs as they outsource (send) the work back to their location in Idaho. Understanding that it’s not cost effective to ship single item work. While I understand this logic they do need to fully disclose this important caveat on their website directly up front and not in some fine print no one would see (I’m not sure if it is disclosed, I did not see it) either this or work out a way to include a reduced shipping cost and accommodate the customer, let the customer decide if they want to pay the cost or go elsewhere. Don’t just turn business away, once that’s done that customer rarely, if ever, returns. I know I won’t now.

Shop Strange is legit - we held the MADE Bicycle Show in Portland and knew we needed top level work on time and Christine and Ian worked with us on every level. Trust me, this is the shop to take care of business and delivers on time!

Thanks to a wonderful referral, we found Shop Strange for our company apparel. We had a great experience in the show room with Christine from the second we walked through the doors. The process was easy and you get to try on the actual garments in store, so there’s no guessing on the sizes or materials that you’ve chosen. The final products are great. Our logo looks amazing on the garments and we are so please with Shop Starnge. Thanks again to Christine and the team for a job well done.

We got shirts and hoodies for our business recently. We love how everything turned out, and so does our staff. But the thing we appreciated most was how helpful Christine was. We were annoyingly indecisive about what styles we wanted and what sizes and she didn't bat an eye at it. We probably made 5 changes while we were in the store and a couple more after we left and she never made us feel like we inconvenienced her. Would highly recommend working with Christine. We also emailed with Corbin from the art department and received nothing but professionalism from him. We will definitely use them again for our uniforms and merch!

We ordered engraved USB drives for the company that I work for, and they turned out lovely! Strange City (and their owner Kris) were super easy to talk to and work with, and products were shipped quickly after we approved the design. They offered proofs before the products were shipped, and when they arrived they were even better than expected! Can't wait to share these with our clients, and will be keeping Shop Strange in mind for our future needs, as well!

Our animal shelter has ordered shirts from Shop Strange twice now and couldn’t be happier! Ian has been so helpful every time. He always takes time to call to make sure your order is exactly what you want it to be and they have been able to rush order our shirts to ensure we had them for events.

Needed some screen-printed shirts done on short order. Chase hooked me up right away. He walked me through the process, made helpful suggestions and even cleaned up a typo in our artwork.Shirts are excellent and reasonably priced. We had a smaller order, which a lot of places don't seem to enjoy, but this wasn't an issue here, they gladly took care of our order.I'll definitely be using them again for our business.

Shop Strange was such a pleasure to work with. They got our order out quickly even though it was quite large. They also patiently worked with us as we tried out various color combo's, and provided some helpful tips. They even offered to make changes after the order came in if it wasn't to our liking - but no need for that, because it came out great!
