The Best Western Portland West Beaverton offers comfortable and spacious rooms with generally great customer service from a helpful and friendly staff. The beautiful grounds feature a relaxing waterfall. Guests praise the excellent free breakfast and good food. The location is excellent for many visitors. However, some rooms face issues like a very bright exterior light, a problematic bed, or limited TV channels. The spa temperature can be too cool, and there are no elevators for those with mobility issues. Some rooms near the road can be noisy. Overall, it is a great spot for both travelers and locals, with a perfect room for some and minor drawbacks for others.

Great spot, cute, spacious rooms, great customer service, good food, and beautiful grounds! Whether you're from out of town, or just a local looking for a cool spot, you should check this place out!

Comfortable room with exception very bright porch light directly across from room caused me to have to close double drapes. Would have enjoyed keeping at least one drape open . I also called front desk to ask for a wake up call. Spoke to a young guy. No call received
