I came in to get 5 colors of paint for a project I was working on. The store was really busy and there were a lot of people needing paint made and only two people working. Lisa helped me and spent so much time and effort making sure that all the colors she mixed for me turned out how I wanted. The people here are absolutely amazing, and the quality of the paint so far seems great. Highly recommend this location. Thank you Lisa!! You're the best! Sherman, give her a raise!

Guy is not very good at matching colors, even when you bring in a SW can to match. Happy to charge you twice even when they F it up. Wouldn’t recommend color matching here.

I had just found out I was losing my job and the woman with long brown hair was so incredibly kind to me as I was so down and just wanting something to brighten my day. She helped me so much and was so patient with me through the whole thing and I couldn’t be more pleased with the finished product. Thank you! Sorry I forgot your name.

I’m a customer that comes here ones in a while to get my paints , I don’t know if this hombres here having a fiesta eating , set up tables, blocks everything or what . I think the managers is associated with them and I believe her name is Maria and think she’s entitled and have her family having a picnic. Once you give them authority or a title , they think they own the place and can be mean. We need American way of doing things and put someone that can run it.

I love this store. The sales staff are approachable, knowledgeable, friendly, and informative of discounts. The paint is high quality and the colors are lovely. I am beyond thrilled that this store is open on Sundays! I also like the location and accessibility. Plus there were doughnuts!

I needed a paint match for a wall repair and stopped in with a small piece to match. The staff were super helpful and quickly found the right color and sheen. The paint itself is great. It's hard to explain the difference of a high-quality paint but after painting many rooms in my house I can just tell - it just feels better going on and it looks great. This was high quality stuff. I look forward to coming back.

I am a contractor. They are knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. I can trust the products to do what they say. Alwyas get the highest quality paint because its less expensive than adding another coat.

I've been to three or four Sherwin-Williams locations in Portland, as I've been working my way through painting nearly every room as well as the exterior of my house. Sherwin-Williams is obviously a big chain store, so the experience and products can only vary so much. This store specifically is conveniently located off Burnside. It has a large parking lot. It is also next to a grocery store so you can grab a snack while they mix your paint. My experience with the employees has been hit or miss in terms of how knowledgeable they are about products. My recommendation is always to feel comfortable asking how long they've worked there and whether a manager is available if you have a complex question. As with any Sherwin-Williams, I recommend keeping an eye out for their 30-40% off sales that happen periodically throughout the year.
