I brought a sample in and the paint they sold me had the wrong sheen (too glossy). Brought it back in and there was no refund offered. I would love for management to reply, will happily change this review if they make things right. Until then, I’m not coming back to Sherwin Williams

this place is the best in the whole world. The red-haired employee, Everett (I think that's his name? I took his card so I could write this review then I lost the card when I washed my pants) is so so sweet and helpful, my housemates and I seriously would come to this store just to talk to this cool friendly smiley man. We are paint novices and have visited the shop several times to get supplies to work on our house. Every time we drive over there, we say, "oh this is great, we get to see our favorite employee!". For real these folks are so nice, and really super knowledgable. I have never in my life written a "Google Review" but for the love of god you must visit this paint shop! These people seriously rock!!!

leaving 5 stars here so you will go here instead of the NW 21st st location. they are unhelpful, unprofessional and unknowledgable. avoid that place and pick this one instead.

As a painting contractor my time is valuable. Being acknowledged by Sherwin Williams is appreciated. This store lacks those things. I can no longer do business with this location.

I've been to three or four Sherwin-Williams locations in Portland, as I've been working my way through painting nearly every room as well as the exterior of my house. Sherwin-Williams is obviously a big chain store, so the experience and products can only vary so much. However, this store's employees were efficient and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, it's in a weird location that's kind of hard to get to. The small parking lot is sandwiched by many-lane, quick-moving roads. for ease of access I would go to other stores, unless I were already in this area or they had a product that was out of stock elsewhere. As with any Sherwin-Williams, I recommend keeping an eye out for their 30-40% off sales that happen periodically throughout the year.

Normally service here is fine, but idk if I got a new guy this time or what. He found my account quicker than anyone ever has before but then couldn't order my paint that I have ordered out of this store at least a dozen times under that account. Oh well, guess I'm ordering out of Tabor or Division instead.

The staff at the Broadway store are knowledgeable and helpful.Chase and Josie, in particular, went out of their way to ensure I got the product I needed. They didn't hesitate to check other locations and get product transferred in for me to pick up so I didn't have to be driving all over town.

I called ahead to price something and I walked in about an hour later and was immediately greeted and I explained I had called she pulled what I asked about out from behind the counter and applied a last minute discount just because. I was in and out in a flash and everyone was wearing masks properly and observed social distancing. Thanks for continuing to work. You're all heroes to me!
