I cannot recommend Kevin's Automotive Services highly enough! From the moment I spoke to Kevin on the phone I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. And when I arrived to his shop I wasn't disappointed. It was abundantly evident that Kevin practices what he preaches. Kevin and his team are not only friendly and efficient but also honest. Most important, they take the time to set clear expectations, ensuring there are no surprises along the way. The office staff are also very friendly, organized, and communication is outstanding. Every step of the process, from scheduling appointments to discussing repairs and pricing is handled with care and attention to detail. It's a relief to have found a local mechanic who combines integrity, competence, and outstanding customer service so seamlessly. Unfortunately, it's not easy to find competent, honest auto repair shops. I'm thrilled to report that Kevin's Automotive Services sets the gold standard for automotive care. We came back to Kevin's because they did a good job earlier. We had a check engine light on. They said they'd do a quick check to see if it was something simple. It was-the gas cap wasn't completely sealed. Problem solved and no charge whatsoever! There is a reason I keep coming back to this place. John

Everyone here appears genuinely happy to work here which is unusual for a gas station. The guy that helped me, didn’t catch his name but his name tag said shift manager was absolutely the friendliest gas station employee I have ever encountered. This was at 11:30am on Tuesday, 8/1. The world needs more employees like this guy - so so friendly and if I ever find myself in the area needing gas again I will definitely be back!

The attendant was so amazing and asked if I wanted the front and back windows cleaned. He was kind, courteous and did a great job in a short amount of time. So appreciated as it was actually really needed!

Came here this morning to fill up on our way back home to Idaho. I forgot about not needing to get out of my car and Brock helped us immediately. He pumped the gas, cleaned my windshield (front and back) and was just super kind! Wish we could keep coming back here!

I consistently receive excellent service from Kevin and team at Kevin's Auto Care. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly -- all of the things you want in a mechanic and local business. Over time we've moved all of our vehicles from dealership service to Kevin's because Kevin is so honest about when repairs are genuinely needed (as opposed to upselling services). When our vehicles do require repairs, we trust Kevin and his team to do the job right at a very fair price. Highly recommend.

Never in my life has a gas station attendant left such an impression on me as the gas attendant here. I didn't catch his name but you'll know it's him when you talk to him because he's probably the nicest, most uplifting happy guy ive ever met. Impeccable service. Fast, funny, always got a smile, and every time I go he gives me a little update on his life and I thought I would hate that at first, but I cant do anything but feel really happy for him man. He's genuinely a great guy and this Shell should be so proud to have him. There's cheaper gas around here, but honestly, his service is what keeps me coming. Keep rockin on bro.

Kevin was great about fixing my car and providing all the documentation necessary for the insurance company. He took care of some small burned out lights and A/C valve leak along the way in addition to the major repair without charging extra. Very knowledgeable and service-oriented about car repair. I would recommend and use their services again.

I came in about a month ago regarding a check engine light on my 2006 Honda Accord. I could not figure out what the issue was but I had several mechanics willing to put a new catalytic converter in and my moms friend recommended this place, so I decided to give it a shot, and Kevin was a very very friendly man, and he didn't charge me a dime to have it checked out and looked at, and his hours are very reasonable, and overall I felt very satisfied. No complaints.

I have been a customer of Kevin's Auto Care (formerly Kevork's) for over a decade. I have always received excellent service. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and helpful. Like most people, I don't know enough about cars mechanical components to ensure people can't take advantage of me. When dealerships or other service providers have said my car needed work done, Kevin's has given me an honest appraisal - most recently, a dealership (I took my car there because of a warranty issue) told me I needed new front and rear brakes and rotors and a number of other, likely expensive repairs. I brought my car in to Kevin's (they were able to look at it within a couple of days) and the next day, Kevin called to explain that my brakes were wearing and I should be prepared to replace them *soon*, but they had plenty of use left, and there was no point in spending the money to have them replaced, when they still had useful - and safe - life.Kevin's Auto Care is the kind of honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional auto mechanic anyone who doesn't have the skill or resources to perform all their own service needs!
