Worst quality gas I've gotten in Portland/Vancouver area yet! How is it you can flat out LIE to your customers?? Your gas has SO MUCH ethanol in it that my mileage per tank is down by almost 1/3!! That's close to 30% ethanol and your signs on your pumps say 10%!!? I bought the $4.71 premium gas thinking maybe it will be less ethanol than other stations OR better than the 87 or 89 octane gas. NOOE!! What's the strategy here? Screw the customer? MAKE massive profits? Environmental protection??(which CANT be it as you have to fuel up more often and burn way more less efficient gas product!!?
And I thought She'll was one of the good places to buy gas ...such that I signed up fir fuel rewards.

I would not go to this gas station the owner she works for them her name is Sue Henson she caused one of her workers Troy Schwab committed suicide she buy him zip ties so he can kill himself so he has his spirit is pretty haunted over there there's been a ghost a demon ghost it's causing people to commit suicide because Sue Henson played with a Ouija board she is a devil worshiper

Attendant was very rude. Have left a message with management. He waved us to back up as we started to pull in, to let another car back up. He then pumped their gas but ignored us. I got out to talk to him and he walked off inside. I followed and asked him what was going on. He said to use any pump. I indicated the gas tank was on the opposite side. He said use any pump again. I waved my partner forward. He then said no, you can’t, your tank is on the wrong side. Which confused and angered me because he had just indicated it didn’t matter. I started to tell him that and he said if I was going to give him attitude I could go elsewhere. Which I did.

They don’t answer their phone been trying to reach them sense last Monday I got gas theur Sunday night on way out of town and now my gas cap is gone I’m sure it’s there I’m still out of town and can’t seem to reach anyone there via Telly anyone have a number for them other than the one listed here on their web site ? I’d appreciate it .

Here's a word of advice for your pump jockeys:1. NEVER, and I mean NEVER attempt to grab a customer's credit card if not offered.2. DO NOT EVER start pushing buttons on the pay panel for your customer while they are completing their transaction.3. DO NOT condescend to your customers. They no doubt exceed your educational attainment. After all, you're working at a gas station.The scenario.I pulled into this station at approximately 12:15 Sunday 11/5. I attempted first to use phone pay, and was told that it didn't work.While I was fishing out my wallet/card from my pocket, the individual was standing far too close. When I pulled my card out of my wallet, and was looking for the proper orientation, the jockey attempted to grab it, and I told him "do not grab my card".As I inserted my card, he (still far too close) started to push the accept button which he had no permission to do.He said "he was trying to make it go faster". There WAS no backup, and I was NOT taking an inordinate amount of time.He proceeded to state that "you do know you can't pump your own gas in Oregon, right?", to which I replied, "Yes, but I can do my own transaction".I will never do business at this station EVER again. I will do all I can do to NEVER purchase gas at a Shell station EVER again. I will take my chances even if running on fumes.Look forward to a letter.
