This has to be the cleanest gas station I've ever seen. The bathrooms were so organized and neat. Smelled goof. ? stars!

I got a flat on the freeway and was able to make it to this gas station. The attendant was absolutely AMAZING! He not only told me what I needed to do but in 100 degree weather he filled my tire with fix a flat, then spent 15 minutes at least filling my tire with air and also found an open tire store for me and showed me where to go. I wish that we had introduced ourselves so I could say his name but he truly went above and beyond! I am extremely grateful!

Stopped here during our road trip, my 5 year old daughter wanted to use the bathroom. Went inside and the bathrooms were closed off by a small gate, I asked the employee if the bathrooms were closed for cleaning and we could wait, but he replied that they "were closed for the rest of the day".
It was 6 pm on a Saturday, I've never been to a Shell gas station that has ever closed off their bathrooms that way. It felt like he closed them off so that he wouldn't have to worry about cleaning them again that day, which I find lazy and rude.

Poor service... No one ever at full service pumps, they refuse fuel rewards that they are contracted for. Bad attitudes

I used to be a regular here and spent a lot of money here. I will never come back here again as they don’t even let you use the restroom. They literally close the restrooms at 7pm. Don’t waste your time and money here. A gas station off a major freeway that doesn’t let customers use the restroom ?

What's the point of having public restrooms when these graveyard employees closed it all night? Not just for a few hours but their whole shift the restroom is closed. You come here for gas and food but you can't use the restroom because they don't want to clean it again for the morning shift . Also, the big guy employee at night is rude and yells at you .

Usually, the Jacksons/Shell stations are clean and staffed by polite people.This particular location, not so much.I walked in, dressed nicely, and after parking a Tesla... to be greeted by three surly guys.In short, I did not look like I would be stealing from them or making a mess.I asked if they had a restroom, and got one word in reply. "NOPE".I asked if they knew anywhere else that perhaps would have a restroom.Again, I received a curt, "NOPE".The guys scowled at the impertinence of my assumption that a gas stain would also have a restroom.Pick any other nearby fuel station or even a different Jackson's, but this one does not deserve your business, my business, or anyone's business.

Nice staff & clean store but bathroom was gated off with no explanation why. Would’ve stopped elsewhere had we known that would be the case.

PRO TIP: if you are a driver needing a potty pit stop, DON'T COME HERE ... their bathrooms are CLOSED between 7pm-8am. Wth... I used to be able to count on Jackson's as a middle of the night work Shift pit stop but no longer. This one is brand new also and I don't really understand the reasoning.... I won't be coming back here.

clearly new store, only one in the area that is clean and new., BATHROOM CLOSED, by staff choice. as an Uber driver I need pit stops, especially after 7 pm. no exception, not even my medical distress

Where is Terry? Been a customer here for nearly 20 years and Terry has always been there. He'd ask about my family, knew their names. He was always so kind. Where are the old faces I'm used too go?!
