The clown running the cash register watched me start to pump my own gas while he and 2 employees were talking. Then when I insert my card he un-bothers himself enough to tell me they are closed. Yet someone of the same ethnicity was pumping gas. Great to see that people come to America to make a life but are rude to the people from this country.

You cannot pump your own gas here which you think is technically now illegal that they are doing this still.

If I of give them a 0 star I would… avoid this stationThe attendant outside is abusive and incompetent and just abused 3 customers and the station manager could care less as could Shell!!!

The worker that wear a thick black mask with blk ski pants has to be the rudest person i have come across. I have worked many stations and never seen a attendant like this.

One star cuz I'm not able to give Zero Stars! Zip. Negatorie! My friend, who was leaving town for a few days, asked me to handle dropping off and picking up his car at the Shell station for some minor repairs. He called the owner, Pedro, and told him who I was and described me. I dropped off the car the next day and handed Pedro a full key ring. Two days later he dropped off the car at the house when I was not home...But he left only the ignition key, not the full key ring. My attempts yesterday to get the pump attendant to look for them for me yielded full resistance, that I had to come back when Pedro was at work. He never even offered to call Pedro and/or take a quick look for the missing keys (VERY valuable business keys!) Today I returned to get the keys from Pedro, who said in so many words for me to f**k off. This is even though my friend gave Pedro instructions to let me handle this work. Un-f**king believable. Did I lose my temper? Damn right!! I suggest having work done there at your own risk by the way, the shop looks like a bomb went off in it. Just saying...STILL don't have my friends keys. So much for trying to do a friend a favor. Thanks Pedro...NOT!!!!!! PS: They NEVER answer their telephone. Great way to run a business. NOT!!!!

Stay away from this station!!! Very bad experience.Someone from out of town was driving our car while I napped in the passenger seat. They stopped here to get gas on our way through. They got out and started pumping the gas themselves not knowing they are not really allowed to in this state.An angry rude man in a shell uniform proceeded to come over and tell us we had to stop. Either he pumps the gas or we had to leave. We had been there only maybe 30 seconds/half a gallon pumped so far.My friend attempted to explain that they were from out of town and weren't aware they couldn't. This man got even more angry and told us to leave.I don't know what this person's problem was but I know I'm not giving this station my money again. Absolutely horrible experience solely based on that man alone.Based on other reviews he is rude & nasty has a matter of course.Don't go here.

The pump staff is really nice and added my Fuel Rewards. I always gas up here when I visit my kid at college. They have nice bathrooms too.

Edwardo will cheat you. He tried to charge me extra for gas. Do not trade at this station.

My wife and I ran out of gas and after walking a mile to this gas station attendant refused to swipe card inside them closed the gas station knowing that I had walked across the street to get cash back to come back and get gas in the gas can to go start my car that my dog is in right now, alone. The nearest open station is over a mile away from this one and that man knows it and was going out of his way to be rude and unwilling to help. He has zero people skills and should not be working in customer service.

Horrible experience had to call the manager. Attendant took my diesel handle out of my hands and hung it up. Made me pump again. Not sure why. Had to call manager. Manager on the phone was very reasonable. Attendant decided I didn’t get fuel so he wouldn’t let me fillUp.
