Tidy little market with a small parking lot. Located next to a cannabis shop. Has an array of beverages and snacks as well as a small amount of grocery items. Selection is as wide as a 7/11 but different options. They carry vape cartridges that are flavored and multiple brands. It's the shamrock but I always see the lemon on the shop next door and use it as my landmark when I tell people about this market. Recently the 7/11 system was down so this was a good walking and driving distance either way. The parking lot is actually used people don't just hang out in and around the shop which is nice.

Have been going here for several years and always positive experience. Until today, 8-1-23 at approximately 4pm there was a very rude, disrespectful (abusive fits the encounter) male employee working the till. I was so glad I didn't have my teenage grandchildren present. I will never go back to this store.
