My motorcycle was stolen. I foolishly did not file a police report. It was later abandoned and towed by sergeants. They were decent enough about not charging me if I signed the title over so they can sell it. Bike was broken when stolen so I didn't really care.

My car was towed and I did not understand anything about the system or how to navigate it. However Alex and Shauna were very nice and helped me out in multiple ways by being genuinely just very nice and caring. It was a great experience and I have so much to thank these guys for !!
