I had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora location a couple of days ago around 1:30 in the afternoon. I came in specifically to test a foundation sample that I had researched carefully for my skin type (dry, dehydrated, redness-prone). Unfortunately, the associate I spoke to was extremely aggressive and dismissive.
She refused to let me try the product I requested (Kosas Revealer Foundation), and instead insisted that my skin “needed” chemical peels 3-5 times a week. I explained that I already follow a gentle exfoliation routine that works for my sensitive skin, but she continued to push her advice in a very condescending tone.
When I asked again to sample a foundation to test at home, she was rude and dismissive to the point that I left the store without making a purchase.
I love Sephora as a company, but no customer should be pressured into over-exfoliating or made to feel uncomfortable about their skin in order to try makeup. Please train your staff to respect customer knowledge and preferences. Not everyone’s skin fits a one-size-fits-all approach.

My daughter and I stop going her because the workers are very rude on top of that she was supposed to get a discount forsigningup and that wouldn't give it to her i wasnt with her at this time or i would have caused a seen i dont like snobby people treating young girls badly its just sad.. Now we go to Ultra there nice and helpful how all workers should be.

This location has really gone downhill over the last few years to where I wouldn’t go back. The store is always unclean. The customer service is always terrible. The products are toxic/tampered with. It’s just not worth going

SarahBeth I believe was her name who helped me. She was so helpful and cashiering the same time. The other lady wouldn’t give me samples even though I was spending hundreds. SarahBeth helped me and was very understanding and supportive. I have had horrible luck with being treated like I steal and get a bad vibe from the people who work here but not her. She was so amazing .

Went in kind of late with my daughter. Immediately when we enter a tall male was very nice and showed us the glow recipe products I asked about. But immediately after as we’re trying to look at other things another associate appears and was friendly but in observation was the odd feeling more so like they thought I was committing theft. We had one that bag from another store we just came from.
The store was busy but not too much, as were taken to the front of the store to be checked out. Behind me I can feel that there is another associate tall male standing in the corner by an aisle looking at me and my daughter while we’re waiting to finishing checking out.
As a former Esthetician for my small business, shame on you. Not only did I notice the mistreatment my daughter noticed it as well and that is an experience no 13 year old should ever have to witness or experience.
Shame on you and do better.

I had a strange experience at checkout. I had purchased a product a week ago on the day before the VIB Sales Event, not knowing the next day was going to be 15% off. I had a few more items I wanted to purchase today and asked if I could also get a price adjustment on my previously purchased item as well. The cashier said that I was trying to commit fraud. It was really off putting and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I said I will just return the item and buy it elsewhere and they said they believed that would be a much better call. I won’t be back to this location. It was too weird.

I was not able to give a proper review via the QR code on my receipt (didn’t print out clearly), but I want to give a 10000 star review to Nancy P! I have so many problems with my skin and Nancy P is a great listener and she made me feel very comfortable. I ended up leaving the store with more items than I anticipated, but it’s all worth it! I will be going back just to see her and her lovely coworker (SaraBeth?) who helped my friend with her bridal makeup. Thank you both!
