I had a strange experience at checkout. I had purchased a product a week ago on the day before the VIB Sales Event, not knowing the next day was going to be 15% off. I had a few more items I wanted to purchase today and asked if I could also get a price adjustment on my previously purchased item as well. The cashier said that I was trying to commit fraud. It was really off putting and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I said I will just return the item and buy it elsewhere and they said they believed that would be a much better call. I won’t be back to this location. It was too weird.

I was not able to give a proper review via the QR code on my receipt (didn’t print out clearly), but I want to give a 10000 star review to Nancy P! I have so many problems with my skin and Nancy P is a great listener and she made me feel very comfortable. I ended up leaving the store with more items than I anticipated, but it’s all worth it! I will be going back just to see her and her lovely coworker (SaraBeth?) who helped my friend with her bridal makeup. Thank you both!

If it's possible, they should work on hiring a larger variety of employees, different ages. I'm older, and I wasn't wearing make up today but I was looking for something specific. All kinds of sales people standing around talking, but nobody helping me. Here's the thing about people my age when we are looking for something specific, we have money to spend. The young kids who come in and play around and mess up the make up don't have the same money that I do, so you might want to step up and help us. As I was walking out the door I ran head on into an employee who literally did about face and walked the other way. No way I'm ever shopping there again. Not one single person spoke to me.

Best customer service ever. I was so lost on what products to buy but Sophia was extremely kind and helpful. I had the best shopping experience with her. She really took the time to help me find the products that worked best for me. Just so so happy with the customer service!

Went there to get makeup for mh elopment/micro wedding. Arrives the day before, and ik it's not there fault but what IS there fault us how I spent 75 dollars for them to do my makeup in store, they put the products in my profile and "color matched it" not even close. Completely ruined our timeline and wedding

Half the store was empty there was nothing on the shelves.... But my granddaughter had to go there and wanted to buy something from there. That was on tiktok. And so we did.

Can you guys please put age limits on Sephoras products and have their parents being fined $2000 if kids younger than 11 even touch products.kids as young as 10 go into the store bully staff and random costumers and ruin the testers
