I always know what makeup I want when I come to Sephora but this time I forgot my shade. I had the best experience here; a beauty advisor helped me and we looked up my makeup purchase history and she helped me pick new colors. Private check out for payment and lots of laughs. Thank you Sephora! I was in and out with a flawless experience.

This is the worst sephora. The employees are always so grumpy and I’ve never once been given a sample when shopping here, even as a VIB rouge. I will go out of my way to avoid this sephora.

I stopped by the Washington Square mall yesterday to pick up some of my usual skin care + get some new cream contour, blush and a foundation brush.I probably looked so lost in the store but JAMES came in to help. I seriously wish Sephora accepted email customer feedback on their website so that corporate can see this review... but James was simply, amazing. Give him a raise and a promotion - I am sure he is well over due for this!James learned about what I was looking for and then took me around the store to show every product to me. He was thoughtful about understanding my skin type, my facial structure and what other products I'd be pairing with. I think he spent at least 10min with me, recommending products and taking the time to understand what I wanted out of them. For instance, he asked me if I wanted to get more of a JLO or Kim K look with my contour; understanding the difference between a hard contour or a bronzed look.Then when I told him I thought I had a round face, he legit pointed out my bone structure - from my temple to my jawline, he took the time to compliment me and explain that people buy products to contour what I already naturally have.I left with all of the products that James recommended for me (so far, so good!) and a major confidence boost. Thank you again, James. You were so lovely to work with and incredibly knowledgeable. A true makeup expert and the type of person that this world needs more of.

Sephora has the worst refund and return policy. I stopped shopping here over 10 years ago and after purchasing something first the first time in over 10 years, now I remember why I will never shop at this store again. Sephora refuses to refund my money, instead opting to give me a "store credit" and "gift card" instead of refunding in the original form of payment. i was well within their 30 day return policy. Sephora finds ways to corner the consumer and force them to spend money in their store fraudulently. Their store credit cannot be used online. i absolutely hate the way they are deceitful and conduct business unethically.

Some of the worse customer service ever. NEVER EVER shop here. The so-called manager Mateo has zero clue what he is doing and should be fired. Guess that is the reason this is the only job he can hold. Two year olds know better ways to treat customer s who have issues with their orders. Will never shop at this store ever again and suggest no one else ever does as well.

Terrible store with terrible customer service. Salespeople could really use some better training from their Corporate offices. If they don’t, they will lose a lot of money as you could easily tell that there were a lot of dissatisfied people in that store.

Would give it zero stars if possible. Their manager (Mateo) was totally useless and had no clue what he was doing. Don't even know how you can be a manger at a store when you don't assist your customers. Needless to say this will be the last time I ever step foot in that store again.

I went in to find my first perfume. The staff took my nonsensical descriptions of what I thought I wanted and show me scents that matched exactly! Each perfume had a description of the notes it had as well. I was blown away and I can’t stop smelling myself since they did such a perfect job!
