You can never get ahold of anyone. Always ended up talking to at least 4 different people. Not one person sounds like they even like their job. Just said. This is what our taxes pay for people to sound like A.I. I AM NO BETTER. LMAO

Avis uses this company for their claims. On hold for the second time now for 45 minutes with no human interaction. The recording said that the wait would be 20 minutes (which is still ridiculous). It is difficult not to just say that this is how insurance companies operate to avoid paying claims.

If you are the boss and you hate everyone you hired, use this company. They will do everything to hate your workers just as much as you do. They will make it a point not to reply to your employees. Screw over your employees more than you ever could. Lucia is the the best. She won’t even reply. Most unprofessional company I have ever felt with. This company should not exist. Horrible. Horrible. This has to be the most COMPLICATED company to work with ever! They make it impossible to get paid while you’re on leave no matter how many documents you send. And how many times you call and ask the same question you get told various answers. I have never had so many issues in my life. I went on leave 8/14 got paid for 2 weeks then they stopped paying me because the form they sent directly to my doctor (not me) never got faxed back to them and by the time I received it in the mail and took it to my dr and filled out. They denied my claim… weeks later still waiting for a denial letter to be sent so I can “appeal” their decision. A company like this should really be looked into by a lawyer and see how many people they have screwed over. Not only that but when they did pay me I was NOT GETTING 65% of my pay that they were supposed to be paying me

FAILURE OF A BUSINESS WHO HIRES EMPLOYEES TO YELL AT A PREGNANT WOMAN. Supposedly the employee named "Justin" (He could be lying about his name) tried calling me back after I hung up so that he could yell at me some more and get the last word! I had to block the number because he was harassing me. Being that I did not reach out to Sedgwicks, I do not deserve this hostility. He reached out to me due to a claim Safeway started from a racial profiling incident that happened at its Beaverton Murray Blvd location.

Does my claims rep even exist? No call backs. Doesn't return messages in the app. It's been almost two months since my accident and I'm still out two weeks pay. Haven't seen a check yet. Believe these awful reviews. They're literally the worst.

unfortunately my job requires us to report to sedgwick for any claim due to illness or sickness. WHEN I TELL YOU I HAVE NEVER seen such ineptness OMG Sedgwick is the worst! i keep getting the run around no one knows what they should be doing everyone just keeps passing the buck! I call and have to wait a day or 2 for the person handling my claim to get back to me but even before that i have to hold on the line for more than 40 min just to talk to someone at the intake center! I cant talk to a Manager or some higher up whom may understand what the problem is and have the ability to fix it. No I keep getting people who claim to fix the issue only to find out days later the problem still exist! Meanwhile IM NOT GETTING MY PAY!

I highly recommend you sue them in small claims court. I sues Public storage and did get 3000.00 They also have loop holes. Employees are dishonest and probable are in on the break ins. Long story. I had a break in and a rat infatuation. they knew their were rodents . After noticing that damage was being done to my property by the rodents, I informed them. They then opened a case and later informed me that only 250 dollars would be paid out no matter if there were thousands of damage done. Once I moved out of the storage they closed my case as if I never had insurance at all. This place is a total scam.

Worst company ever! Recently got hurt at work so I file for workman's comp it's been 7 weeks since I got hurt and I haven't received one paycheck I talk to my claims person 3 weeks ago and they said that they had checks coming for me in the mail and I haven't received one and now my claims persons for Sedgwick ghosted me won't answer any phone calls or return any messages back, L&I can't even get ahold of them! Worst company ever !!!!

Got injured and have a torn rotator cuff, 5 months in I haven't been able to talk to anyone at sedewick. They won't answer emails or return calls. I really don't know how they stay in business
