Bought some bar chairs and returned them within 24 hours bc they didn't fit. Was told that all sales were final.. which I knew but seems like there could've been a compromise for store credit or something since chairs were $1000+. Customer service was not the best - I will not be returning. If you need some bar chairs, hit me up.

I had such a nice experience here. I went in twice in two days and found a sweater, a pair of new pants and a shirt for a little over $ 100 total - all in great shape, clean and freshly steamed. I wore them right away. There's a nice mixture of designer stuff, really interestingjewelry and then mid-fashion pieces,so I felt like I could splurge on designer stuff if I wanted, or get some basic items (which I did). As a plus, they have bathrooms! I will definitely come back.

Great online website, but if you buy something and find that it doesn't fit or the picture was misrepresentative of the item, and you choose not to go through with the purchase, they firmly charge a $5 restocking fee. There is no wiggle room, even if you buy something else on the same trip to the store. Customer service is harsh.

We went to the furniture side and this place has a lot of fun and interesting stuff. If you are looking for a unique piece at a great value, I highly recommend! Plus the staff is extremely helpful and nice --- can't go wrong here!

Boy this place sure has gone downhill. I’ve been shopping here for years. Their selection is to the point where they’re selling damaged low-quality goods. It’s sad. And the staff was very rude upon my last visit. I don’t think I’ll return.
