Save stores is a great place to purchase anything sewing, embroidery & crafts. The whole staff is really good about answering questions and if they don’t know they will find out. Highly recommend!

What should I do next?I drove here to get a new footpedal for my surger. It was ordered and I paid $50 for it.When I came in today I asked the tech to thread my surger for me. After it was threaded, it wouldn't sew.This surger needs the timing to be adjusted for $149A new surger starts at $299I'm already into this machine for the new pedal $50I wouldn't have known that it needed to be repaired without buying the new foot pedal first.

Amazing customer service! I had been looking for an embroidery machine, and originally stopped into a store nearby my house. Service was ok, but they didn't have anything in my budget and didn't take the time to show us how any of the machines operated.My husband suggested we drive out to Save Store just to see what they had. Heidi took us right over to some machines and demonstrated what they could do, the different options available and even looked into some used machines for us. She took the time to price out several options, and in the end we ended up with a used machine that was a bit above our budget, but is really a great value. I appreciate all the time she spent with us and really feel that she made an effort to get us a great machine and a great deal. I'll definitely be back!

I was unable to unstick my needle position dial on my vintage Elna sewing machine. I'd pretty well given up on it ever working again, especially after my former shop told me it couldn't be fixed. Period. Then a few weeks ago a friend of mine who does a lot of sewing told me about Save Stores, and how great they are there, so I decided to give them a call. They told me they could fix it! I'd have to pay for a full service, of course, which I didn't mind doing at all, especially because it had been several years since I'd had that done. So I took my machine to them.I got a call saying that my machine was fixed and ready for pickup, so I did that today. The needle position dial works perfectly!! Needless to say, I'm extremely pleased with the shop. The owner was the one who fixed it for me, and he told me that he patiently worked with heat and special oil to get the dial moving again. He told me that this problem could always be fixed.I am so impressed with this shop, and I won't be taking my sewing machine anywhere else from now on. Special thanks to Robbie, the owner, who spent so much time fixing my dial, to Jimmy and Brea, for their excellent customer service, and to the technician who did such a great job cleaning and servicing my machine.

Bree is the BEST!!! She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I feel confident in my quilting abilities due to Bree's instructions. Knowing I can FaceTime her with questions/issues is a blessing. Robby, Jimmy, and the rest of the staff are also amazing. Would give them all 10 stars if I could.
