The CUTEST salon in PDX! Chelsie is a magician with color and extremely well trained in cutting. The feeling in her salon is high end but jot fussy. I also love her product line R & Co. a gorgeous line you must try!

I just had my first haircut at a friend recommended and was very happy. So many young hairdressers really don't have a clue how to properly cut hair. Elizabeth was great with 30 years experience. I'm their newest repeat customer.

I have gotten my hair cut there many times by Ali, who is amazing, but recently I got my haircut by kari. Definitely the worst hair cut I have ever gotten. Kari is a horrible hair dresser and completely ruined my hair. Moreover, the other people at the salon refused to schedule me another appointment to fix the cut. Would not recommend

My mom (I am Reno, level 69 on RuneScape) cuts great hair! She also does good work with scissors. Great Salon. She is located in the south end of Lumbridge in RuneScape. She charges 69 coins per haircut. It's pretty spendy but if you need a good moneymaking method for RuneScape you can private message me on RuneScape my name is Reno. 2nd edit: Ya know I went to this place thinkin that i was gonna get another haircut and it was gonna be good so i can go around and get runescape girlfriends but evans mom completly F'd UP. I'm walkin around with greasy hair now and nobody in runescape wants me, not even for coins. I EVEN TRIED TO GIVEAWAY MY PARTYHAT BUT NOBODY WANTED ME. So I went to the falador and got a new fresh cut and now i pull all the girls, and kept my partyhat.

Salon 21 is a treasure. The stylists are all experts, but the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The decor features paintings by the owner, who is an artist, as are all of the stylists when is comes to hair. Suzie helped me find the new look I wanted and I love coming back for touch ups. They even have off-street parking, which in NW Portland is priceless.
