This store is always poorly stocked especially the bakery area. I just wanted some nice bread and they were out. The employees there act like the undead: there but not there, unfriendly and collecting a paycheck.

Every time I come into shop there are security guards, but they don't enforce the laws of Oregon. It's disturbing that three people had dogs in the store tonight, one was a half grown German Shepard on his hind legs barking loudly. The " security" dismissed my concerns rudely. You need to run a better business.

I encountered a financial hardship and was compelled to consider spending valuable coins from my collection to purchase ice and a beverage. However, I was fortunate to encounter an exceptionally kind and generous individual named Bryson, an employee at Starbucks, who intervened and prevented me from depleting my collection. Instead, he graciously used his own money to cover the cost of my purchase. I am deeply grateful for his act of kindness and believe he deserves recognition and appreciation for his exceptional customer service. In my opinion, such individuals are a valuable asset to any organization, and I would like to bring this to the attention of Safeway management.

A bunch of coupon police cashiers. Before she even rang me up she stopped took out the ad and proceeded to tell me limit 8. I said no there’s limit 8 for each brand. She reluctantly started scanning and said well we’ll see at the end of it comes off. Of course it came off. It says limit 8 each on the app for each brand. Don’t try to school me make a scene and act all ugly. If you want to be a coupon police maybe study the sales of each week and know what the policy and limits are.

They charge you for the paper bags even when you're paying with food stamps apparently they don't care that you can barely afford food also Safeway is the most expensive grocery store they do have deals on some stuff but overall any other grocery store has better prices

Me and my kids went to Safeway on 122nd Portland Oregon today May 31st at about 5pm. I clipped sale items on the Safeway app. My cashier was very rude. She couldn't figure out how to deal with app problem. She showed her anger to me with a bad look. She asked for her co-worker's help with loud and unpleasant voice. I wanted to return the items and then left. But April helped me scan and gave me store credit for the unpleasant experience. Thank you, April. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the cashier, but for sure all cashiers who worked that shift should know who that was as she was so loud and grumpy. I will be back because of worker like April, however, I hope that I don't have to deal with problem like this in the future.
