I don't know if your employees are just traumatized by working here or what. I have had two employees yell at me in this store on two different occasions for no reason. Absolutely unhinged. I am literally minding my own business and being met with hostility. Don't shop here if you don't have to.

Went to the deli, bowtie chicken salad was delicious but the lady behind the counter told me that you could only pay at the deli if you had hot food, other than that it was an ok experience

Store is clean and usually well-stocked. Every employee I've interacted with at this location has been wonderful. I don't dread getting my Rx from them because the pharmacy staff is actually FRIENDLY and seem happy to be helping you (other pharmacies -- take notes -- they still care about customer service here). Thanks for being rock stars!

probably the rudest cashiers i've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. horrible attitudes, super rude. and they'll be rude to innocent and disabled old folks that aren't causing any trouble. i've seen it time and time again. so many people here deserve to get fired. i've seen a cashier straight up yell at someone for being in the bathroom for too long. like i get that they have to come out but do you have to make a scene? this place is trashy. i always dread coming in here because i have no idea how im going to be treated.

This is my go to store because it's the closest, largest varieties and last finishing my persuasion with informing you of Safeway being the location with the best deals/sales. Shop Safeway lol ???

They have one little restroom, so the crackheads have not entirely won.
Relatively clean in the store too.
Pretty viciously understaffed though.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.
Tried to rent a Rug Doctor, told that they required an Oregon ID to rent it and that Rug Doctor requires it. FALSE!!! Fred Meyer does it no problem. Bunch of lazy liers over here.
Just avoid Safeway in general. Everything is overpriced and they are a bunch of lazy people over there.
Fix your parking lot too. It could be the middle of the night and you can't find a spot.

Normally I have no issues here but today was different. Clearly this Safeway needs more checkout staff. I was waiting at customer service for a while before I finally went and asked the self checkout attendant if I could get help at Customer Service (I needed a money order). He told me that the cashier at lane 4 was the Customer Service person and to either go into her line or keep waiting at Customer Service and she'll be over when her line goes down. I got in her line, and all of a sudden she had eyeballs to help the next 3 people that popped up at Customer Service. Stopped the whole line to go over and help them, even though I had been waiting for a while and I know she saw me. Some bull.

It's clean and orderly, that being said it's selection is not on par with other safeway, as well the staff can be hit or miss some give proper greetings of the day but others act like you don't exist, I don't know enjoy being profiled as some staff will follow me from multiple aisles, I understand doing ones duty but the vibe can really twist my attitude a bit and makes me wish there were other closer options then this, yes I'll be back but hoping for a better experience shouldn't be a thought o a simple shopping trip
