This Safeway has gone downhill. The single entrance with a security guard gives off an unwelcoming vibe. The alcohol section is now restricted, and they’ve cut their hours to 10pm, which is tough for downtown residents.

It became way better after the security became stronger!

Many times they don't have what you need. Lots of homeless right outside pan handling outside the door. Now we can't wear backpacks. My purse is a small backpack and they said that could be considered the same.
