6 months later and a shop just quoted me $8,500 because the transmission is toast. Started having issues after only about a month after the purchase though. Shady shop, wouldn’t buy from them

I called RPM for a tow. Leonardo was great. Arrived early and did some quick troubleshooting. 2017 push button Honda pilot can’t get into neutral without a special tool. He was able to quickly figure it out.
Made a terrible situation in a chaotic intersection almost fun. Great attitude and service. Highly recommend!!!

Very grateful to Tim and the RPM automotive team! When my tire popped on 84 and I was stuck in a dangerous area, Tim saw me by the side of the road and stopped to help. He ended up towing me to a shop nearby and was wonderful throughout the entire experience! Thank you, Tim!

Tim was very nice and professional. I was a lot frustrated with my Jeep breaking down and kinda yelled at him over the phone. When he arrived, I apologized and tipped him. He was very kind. He didn’t deserve me yelling at him. Sorry, Tim. Rene Justice ?

My car broke down today, right before I'm supposed to be starting a new job on Friday. This all happened around 2 pm and RPM came initially just to tow me back to my house. I asked the tow driver Caleb if it was possible to tow it to a shop instead because the starter was bad. He brought me back to their shop and Sam helped me get a new starter in by 5:30 pm! These guys are the absolute best, they really got me out of a tough spot today and were kind, friendly and extremely helpful. It doesn't hurt that they also have a beautiful and sweet shop dog named king! 10/10 would recommend, and will be going back if I have any future problems.

I requested a tire change & tow from my insurance provider. The driver completely ignored the tire change & started rolling my vehicle out of the driveway while my tire is almost resting on the rim. I told him if he couldn't do the tire change or at least put air in the tire then he could leave. He was literally on his phone the entire time. He did not respond to me & just drove away. Also had me sign his phone at the begining & he had no idea what I was signing for. Very bad communicator.
In response to RPM - the driver did not give me anything to read before asking for my signature. He even said he did not know what it was for. The signature was requested before he tried to jump the vehicle (which I told him was not needed nor asked for) & before he started loading it on the truck. I did not ask anyone to hurry. The vehicle was in my driveway & I had all day to tow it. I communicated my concerns about the tire & there was zero response. Even if a tire change was not on the request, I would expect you to address the concerns of the client. I asked him to leave if he could not help with the tire. Again, no response. He literally packed up & left.

Efficient, professional towing experience. The driver, Tim, was pleasant, prompt, and made sure to quickly attempt a jump start (even though I had already tested) to make doubly sure we weren't towing unnecessarily.

They did a tow for me on May 22nd. Tim and Alaeo were great. They took very good care of my 76 classic car. It is a long boat of a car heavy and on flat tires. They even got on the ground in oil and wet with no complaints. I will definitely use them again.
