Management is a joke. Grace who is a manager there is awful to employees. I've over heard her talking to one of the employees. If I was an employee I Couldn't handle it. How is it hard to Understand basic treatment of others? No one should have to deal with that Treatment. Ross you need to recognize this!! You've lost customers!!!

The staff was mean. We got a shirt frome Ross and we tried to return the shirt and thay said no more than 30 days. And we tried. And the shirt was 8$ and we only got 49 cent

I used to work there at this location as security, management unapproachable, rude customers, and as security no power! People walk out with hampers or arms full of stuff even though we were state certified by law because it's Oregon management took all power away. They are status with "command presence" but no power. Good luck Ross you suck and will go bankrupt.

Ross is my absolute favorite store! I really don't like to go anywhere else for anything except groceries Ross will always be number one in my book.
