Biased screening! I was already aware of the 10 sec screening upon entering, but I just witnessed biased screening by security. As I waited to checkout I watched security biased screening of customers. Security would let some older or a women customer to walk right in, but blocking the entrance and screening "selected" customers.

They’re still very much alive unlike the rest of the mall! Great for household goods. I was hoping to find white jeans but didn’t. I wouldn’t come again with a specific item in mind.. none of the shoes were my taste.. but I did find a cute basic black purse. I like getting beauty products here too. There was a large variety of facial creams/serums.

When entering the store, the door man has the entrance roped off, and they have you wait for 15-20 seconds before letting you in. I discovered the reason was so the facial recognition could scan you! I feel almost violated and probably will not go back to that location or any other with the same sustem!

Please just close the store down. I was highly disrespected yesterday by associates that see me come spend money on bags and clothes and fragrances regularly. Loss Prevention sucks and associates customer service is at an all time low. They profiled me like I was a regular thief instead of a regular customer. Than laughed as I left. I will have the last laugh now!!!!

Nothing much has changed at this place they have cheap name brand clothes and it's always very busy and the lines are usually long but that's okay that's what you expect when you go there it's fine with me

It is a nice and small Ross store. I see a lot of security guards at the front so there may be a lot of robberies happening. The men's clothes are downstairs, but there are not many selections.
