Visited this shop twice now, and have loved it! The ladies who work here are so helpful and knowledgable. Great array of glass sheets. We haven't tried a class yet, but I've only heard great things!

OH NO! I never intended to leave a one star review!!! I'm 85% luddite. My apologies. This place was really cool. Beautiful stained glass. They let me poke my head into the workshop where there were a few people working. It was worth the stop.

The good news is Bullseye Glass has a nice store in Portland. It's nice to deal with their FRIENDLY, HELPFUL staff. The glass is made there with a large (huge!) selection of stock, and uncategorized glass available. All of the stock glass is displayed well, backlit with working lights. They have periodic sales where you can save a ton of money on well cut sheets. They are located a half mile from the east end of the Ross Island bridge, not very far from where Clines used to be! Here's their address and phone number: Bullseye Glass 3610 SE 21st Ave Portland, OR 97202 United States Phone +1 (503) 232-8887

This was the most condescending customer experience I have had in my life!!! I went into the shop to sign up for classes. The lady told me there is a 10month to a year wait- because they were so good that they had a 95% customer return rate- and how lucky I would be to get in! I then asked if there was a wait list. She then rolled her eyes at me and and very rudely informed me I was at bottom of the list, so don't expect anything. Her deminer was sooo self riotous and they I was a complete bother. This women will NEVER see a dime of my money!

I signed up and paid to take a stained glass class at Rose's Glassworks that starts Tuesday September 19,2023. I registered and paid 4 months ago. I have taken classes there off and on for the last 2 years. Last Thursday the owner called me and told me unfortunately the class is full, she said "you will have to wait until we have an opening." I was shocked to say the least. I called her back and asked how the class was full when my friend and I were the first 2 people to register. She said since we had been gone for 4 months she gave our spots to people who had been in more recently. I told her that she had agreed to signing us up 4 months ago and had collected our money, why the change. She again stated that we had been gone for 4 months. I had to ask for a refund. Which I eventually received. The owner is a very pushy, disagreeable women who changes her policies' on a whim. I will not support her business again.

I needed an old stained-glass wall planter to either be repaired or recreated. While in their shop, Mitch and Pam made an attempt to clean up the affected area as they could not recreate the planter for me. As a very kind gesture, they did not charge me for their labor! Mitch gave me the name of someone who could recreate my planter. What wonderful customer service! Thank you Mitch and Pam!

I make stained glass mosaics and come here often for my glass. They have a really nice selection of stained glass sheets at fair prices and glass remnants for mosaicists. They even have baggies of different colors of grout. Really nice and helpful people here too. I'm so glad I found this place!

These folks are awesome! Took a beginners class and I'm hooked! Such a fun and creative hobby and they sell a lot of supplies too. The stained glass and other pieces they sell are breathtaking, one-of-a-kind gifts. Highly recommend checking out the store and a class!

My wife and I learned to do glass fusing here, and we keep coming back. They are super friendly, extremely knowledgeable about glass kilns and carry a solid stock of both fused glass and stained glass supplies. They offer a full schedule of classes at all skill levels and were great teachers as well.
