APPALLING. I ordered glasses for my son and they were bad on one side and they never fixed it, then I ordered others, I waited more than a month for them to arrive and they are always saying let's call you and they never called.

Our whole family of four has been going to Rose City Vision Care for four years now. We really like Dr. Tran and her staff. She is very professional and personable -- good with adults and children (including my shy kiddo). Good selection of frames at reasonable prices.
