Friendly and fun atmosphere. I was pretty new to CF when I joined, the coaches are great, really help you with your technique and are encouraging. I've been to a few gyms in the area and this is my favorite.

This is a solid gym with many exceptional athletes. You will always be challenged and the atmosphere is fun.

Best gym and the best people ever!! The programming is challenging and pushes you to be the best athlete possible. The coaches are fabulous! I've improved my form so much since switching gyms.
