My salesman Peter was a blast to deal with. He was straight forward with me, had a great deal of knowledge that I appreciated, and he even helped me score a far better APR than was my credit union had pre-approved me for. I was very close to sticking to what they had gotten me, but he finally convinced me to let them check, and I am thankful he did. For my first purchase from a dealership, he made a breeze.

I am owed roof rails and roof bars on my new Honda. I was told I would be contacted by Honda staff to get this scheduled. I have not heard from anyone and when I called I got the run around and no one in service department answered the call. Today, one week later I called to the salesman who sold me the car. He was busy, they would give him the message. I have not heard back despite him reassuring me when I bought the car that if anything was amiss I should call him.
Ron Tonkin Honda is not living up to promises made. Very disappointed.

Would rate zero stars!!! Came Here 8/31 and it is looked like it is run by high school children, I was quoted an hour for my battery to get changed after making an appointment today before spend an hour and a half here only to get told that I have to pay even though it’s covered by my warranty, I asked to speak to a manager, and they said that there is no manager there today, I asked for a card they wouldn’t even give me that. Do not come here go to the Gresham one if possible

As a Honda owner of 30+ years, I just wanted to give a shout-out to Tim in the parts department! He listened, diagnosed the issue, and immediately took care of a defective cargo cover for my 2023 CRV that I've been struggling with from day one. I will look him up in the future for any and all Honda parts needed, and I highly recommend him!
