Had a confirmed appt to see a CPO car I was interested in. I drove an hour, arrived on time and the car was already sold with no communications or attempt to reach out and save me the time and aggravation of the trip. I had not tried using a Tonkin dealership in 25 years as I had the same exact experience with a car I had actually begun the buying process with at their Acura dealership. Apparently some things do not change, will never use a Tonkin dealership again.

HUGE thank you to Lucas and the staff at Ron Tonkin. My last car was unfortunately stolen and Lucas helped me get into a car that best fits my needs without breaking the bank. He wasn’t sleezy about it, he didn’t give me any red flags and naturally I’m skeptical. He worked in finance before this so that helped me so much when we went through the numbers, he broke it down to where I could understand plus I appreciated the transparency and the willingness to maintain the relationship so if I need to go through a refinance process in the future or whatever the case may be, he already knows all my info so it’s convenient, he intimated that which was great! Overall, amazing experience, and no they’re not paying me to write this weirdos lol. Thank you again Lucas, love my new 2018 Kia Optima Hybrid!

Chris was instrumental in making this one of the fastest car buying experiences I've ever had. Good dude too. He got very quickly that I wasn't into upsells and streamlined the whole thing so I could get back to life.

Probably the worst customer service ever! The guys i talked with was short, rude and then hung up on me when asking a question. Never will recommend this dealership. Kick rocks

They only have 1 technician/mechanic working and the one person in charge of updating customers never answers the phone. They also hardly text with updates. I have to nag to find anything out. I've also called numerous times. Each time it goes back to the sales floor and they have to take my name and number for a "call back" that never happens. My car is still sitting there after being there for almost a month. Normally I don't say much when I'm upset at a company or it's employees, but I cannot hold my tongue. I'm just so irritated by their lack of staff and their customer service skills.

Sold my grandmother a car with 4 tires that leak air. It hasn't been a week and all of them have needed to filled with air repeatedly . Of course the air pressure light wasn't on during the test drive. Took it back to the dealership and they told us "there are many different components to a car" we were told by the salesperson Luke the tires had so much life left in them . Multiple tires were flat the DAY AFTER THE CAR WAS PURCHASED

This my first time going to a big dealership. Ethan and Lucas were quick to send over the pics of the request vehicles.Then when I got there I was greeted by the most friendliest staff. They offered coffee, water, fruit, and a candy bar for snacks. They even charged my phone for me.When I asked to go ahead and test drive the vehicles. He’s had mentioned that they had a newer Honda pilot. That I did not know about. And I said let’s test drive that one. All the vehicles that I looked at and test drive were amazing. The Acura was like sitting on marshmallows I loved it. The Honda pilot had everything we wanted, and on top of that had even less miles in the Acura. Which I believed for signing up for some thing that I was committed to was a better choice. I love my Honda pilot.? They made the trading in of my old Honda CRV, easy and getting set up for the pilot. I’m glad that Job and Lucas set my mind at ease, knowing what all coverages we had, and explaining everything to us, so that we understood and now I left the dealership with peace of mind, knowing that if I have any questions I can call them. And my car is completely covered from bumper to bumper. I love the excellent customer service the friendliness of the staff. We felt so welcome too while you were there. If I ever do decide to trade in again, I will most definitely go to Ron Tonkin. Thank you Ron Tonkin, alpha Romero a Beaverton.

This is my 2nd review of Tonkin Fiat's non-existent service department. My girlfriend tried previously to get through to the service department a few months ago, and they refused to take or return calls, even when she went in person. We ended up getting the tepairs done elsewhere. The head of the dealership reached out to us and apologized and ensured us it would not happen again. Sure enough, she needs to take her car back in. We thought we would give the dealership a try again. And guess what all she could do was leave a message and never receive a return call. Please take your Fiats elsewhere for service, Tonkin Fiat absolutely does not want your business.By the way, Scholls Automotive is a great alternative. They actually take and return phone calls and offer really great service

Steve, in service was excellent. Service was fast, affordable and helpful. I love my 2016 Fiat 500X, everything about it, but the door handle had broken when I was in California. The dealer there was going to charge me $500. Glad I waited until I got home. This dealership charged me $194 for the part and only $89 for the labor! Great Job. Great Service, very nice to work with. Highly recommend.

Worked at Ron Tonkin Acura approx a month. At no time was I told during the interview that I would not be given a lunch or break (by Todd or Cameron) on Saturdays when I was to work alone. I was told HR said they could force me due to my salary be structured the way it was. So a multimillion dollar comapny could not and would not accommodate my reasonable request. Furthermore, I was robbed of pay and put undue stress being told they could force me to work like a slave. If you are a lawyer contact me. This in a modern day work place is absured, abusive, and predatory.

I got my car back Saturday 4/16/22, and it seemed to have the AT light issue fixed but it popped back on later that day and off/on over the next several days after. I was hoping it was just the sensor, so I took it back Thursday 4/21/22. Unfortunately my poor Mazda5 has more issues with the transmission than originally diagnosed, but the guys at Tonkin Fiat have been taking great care of me by letting me use another vehicle and I still have been assured that they're taking care of it. They have been using a transmission specialist to do the work, which is great because it's all under warranty which makes me feel better if anything happens down the line. I'll update again when I get my car back

Beware! I purchased a used vehicle on Monday January 31st and everything seemed fine with it but by Friday thw 4th only 4 days later the vehicle is at a shop and needs major transmission repair totaling 2 thousand dollars! I went and asked the Manager for help and they said they cant do anything for me and that they lost money selling me that vehicle. No wonder it had been in their lot since August 2021. If you buy a used vehicle from these guys make sure you have a mechanic inspect it. Don’t make the same mistake I did. i honestly expected more from Ron Tonkin since you are a reputable car dealer but i see you are not any different than other low end dealers.....you have no INTEGRITY what so ever
