This is absolutely the best storage facility. The owner is a really nice lady and goes above and beyond to know her tenants and your stuff is safe here! Highly, highly recommend!

This place is very accessible,and the mngt provides moving carts for use.The grounds are kept clean,the inside is well lit,with enough space to get your stuff in and out.4 out of 5,no problem!

One of our friends said it’s a park full of racist Latinos who don’t like white people. Evidently they harassed, trespassed, damaged his car etc. I have driven through a couple years ago to check it out and it was super dirty and ghetto like. Check it out carefully before you live there.

I have been a tenant here since 2006 the owner is a an amazing person...thank you Susan for working with me...without your support I would lose my body mind and spirit....I would not recommend going anywhere else....???

Excellent customer service!! Personalized care. Wonderful people. Could not ask for better care. Runs a tight ship. On top of her game. Secure feeling. And very accommodating. The Lady (owner) in the office is the greatest! Thank You Rolling Hills Storage!! Six stars out of five!

Worst Storage unit in history when it comes to billing....watch yourself and who you talk to.. Are the units nice? yeah sure, but in the worst area in Portland. I suggest you keep looking, this place is gone down hill in the past 5yrs. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
