Greetings upon walking in. Made to feel comfortable and welcomed. Staff seemed very knowledgeable. They do treadmill gait test and test you in different shoes for fit and feel. Now for the ultimate test - walking without pain.

A great shoe store with a VIP membership program that's affordable and guarantees you'll get the shoes you need. Naccari helped me into a pair of Clifton 9s that are probably the best fit I've ever got. He was quickly able to understand my particular foot structure and issues, and get me into a brand I wasn't even considering. Happy feet today!

The person who helped me today (Roz? Rose? shaved head) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, leading me through a series of tests that determined my gait, shoe size, arch support needs, and so much more. I came away from the experience with a lot more knowledge about what I needed out of a shoe, without feeling overwhelmed. Thanks for being so kind and helpful!

I came in asking for a custom fit to get some new running shoes and Naccari helped walk me through the process. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and also managed to juggle me and five or six other customers as the day started to get busier and busier. 5/5 would go again.

I bought a pair of HOKA Gore-Tex sneakers. The soul started failing 30+ days later. Roadrunner Sports replaced them... no questions asked. And attitude free !!!!???

I like the shoes I ended up with. I can’t say I’ll be a loyal customer of this business. I felt like they tried to upsell me with things I wasn’t there for - socks, insoles. Just say “do you need anything else today?” I’m a grownup. I know if I need socks. The other thing is - in order to be able to return the shoes I had to buy their VIP plan. They don’t guarantee their shoes? I have to pay additional for that? Lots of running stores fit you for the type of shoe best for you. I’ll probably find another one next time I’m shopping.
