Very good and friendly customer service! It’s nice having a credit union close by. They also accept coin deposits, which seems to be a rarity now! The app is a little outdated, but no big complaints.

Incredulous that they have to pull your credit to open a checking account. What a discriminatory and antiquated practice. Closing this account after the member bonus drops. Any of the many online banks provide a smoother, less confusing process to enrollment. Check out Chime.

Mylee helped me and my friend out with a security deposit issued to the both of us. We hit a wall with mobile deposit and with my friends big name bank. Great experience and now my friend wants a referral code from me. Thank you, Mylee!

Went in on a Saturday to get an auto loan. Only took my husband name and information for loan and I was also purchasing the car. Was told to open an account with the bank over the weekend and to email the banker the information once that was done. Did that same day. Monday my husband called to check on the status person who answered did not see anything in the system. The banker sent an email saying my ID was needed since I was on the Title however I wasn't on the loan so this made no sense. I sent that first thing Wed morning. Thursday came around and nothing several emails and phone calls finally we cancelled the loan application. No contact with Banker since Tuesday. Person who my husband spoke to on Thursday said that its supposed to be a 24 hr turn around time and we were already told the loan was approved just needed to send docusign papers. Not happy bad customer service from this banker. Car lot let us take the car in good faith now another trip to dealership to change paperwork. Do better next time

Do not bank with this credit union. They told me my card was frozen, as I had asked for, then they allowed it to transact anyway. I didn't find out until months later. When I asked about it, they initially said there were no transactions, even though there were. Their response below is a continued attempt to deceive. I do not trust this company at all and neither should you.

A big shout out to Kat Perry, a customer service representative at the Hollywood branch! I came in with a problem of a deposit I'd made not showing up on my account. She was super helpful, very personable and professional. She was able to track down exactly what the problem was and get it corrected. I was super happy with the outcome and recommend Rivermark and its employees to anyone.

You gotta wait for some online teller at a soulless computer screen while there's two real life humans too busy doing nothing looking at their phone. Customer service on a constant decline.

Rivermark is an awesome credit union. I was so happy to see this branch in my neighborhood (Hollywood) open. The space itself is super nice - you can talk with bankers on-site or use the video banker kiosks inside. The gem of this branch is Benjamin S, who has really gone above and beyond to help me every time I visit the branch. Benjamin is a great communicator and makes people feel genuinely welcome and appreciated to be members of the credit union. He really exemplifies the relationship value that credit unions offer over banks. They have a very friendly manager there too. The way these folks treat people makes me want to stay connected with Rivermark - thanks for bringing such a positive resource to our community here in Hollywood!
