They are so bad!!!! Worst ever!!!! They hang up on you, leave you on hold, or never answer their phone! They close their security door all the time to force everyone to either leave or wait an hour to even find out if they have your medication. Then after they say everything is good, they call you 6 hours later saying they don't have it!!!! Close this place down!!!!

Idiots! The girl at the front desk makes no sense. They have worse than poor communication to tell hurt people that their mess aren't ready. Ridiculous

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. They are chronically understaffed. There is absolutely no way to get them to pick up their phone. You’ll call for 45 minutes straight and then they will hang up on you. Always long wait. Avoid if possible.

Horrible patient neglect do not answer the phone ever Continuously sending me back to the main menu Or hanging up on me, very rude never had a good experience here cannot wait until I can get my services somwhere else. Had to go a week more than once now off of my thyroid medication because they would not help me figure it out. Highly understaffed. But again, I’ll say it highly rude!

I had a great experience at this Rite Aid the other day. It was very busy and the computer started acting up. But the cashier in the pharmacy was great! She was calm and continued to be friendly and helpful throughout the whole ordeal. And she was the only cashier right up till it was my turn to be helped. At that point someone came up to help her. I got the impression she was still pretty new, but she did a great job!

Even if you put in your rx to be filled a week in advance, it won't be done. If you do it through the app, they don't process it. If you call, they don't answer. The ONLY way to get a refill is to go in, tell them, then wait for them to hopefully do it in the next few days. It's honestly ridiculous at this point. People who need daily, life saving meds do everything they need to do on their end to make sure they have their meds on the next refill date but this rite aid makes it impossible, so then people are at risk of serious medical issues because they can't get their refills. Refills are by the day, usually every 28 days. That means you can't wait 35 days. It just doesn't work like that. Why have the app if you don't process refill requests that were made through the app? I don't get it.

They never actually open at 8:00 am like their sign at the pharmacy drive thru says or what time google says either. When they are open it’s the slowest service you’ve ever experienced.
