Worst ever. On hold multiple times. After 5 minutes I was disconnected each time. Finally asked for general store and even then ten minutes later no response. Worst customer service. How are they in business.

I always get great service at this pharmacy. It's a well run business with nice people and easy parking. They have a comfy seated area if there's a short wait. The parking lot has 2000 spaces and even the front doors open by themselves. Wow. What are people complaining about here?

Speaking for the pharmacy specifically — I have had nothing but bad experiences here. Staff is unhelpful, very slow, sometimes rude, and not knowledgeable. I am moving my prescriptions elsewhere so I no longer have to come here.

I needed to know if my insurance would cover the name brand drug. I asked the girl, whom didn't seem to understand a word I said, to ask the med tech to look the info up. She came back saying they didn't know No one had bothered to look up the info.
