This Pharmacy is outrageous. They make up rules for people and don't treat them equitable. Margaret a pharmacist there miss spelled my name, made up rules and then argued with me about her employee number. I just want to go to my pharmacy and be treated with respect and not wait longerrrrrrrrr then most when I've called in and they have given me a time to come. Margaret is not allowed to make up her own rules around me getting my medication then refuse to give me her employee ID and HIPPA info. In the end Margaret knew she needed to give me my medicine since it was already billed and signed for. I shouldn't have to play games with a pharmacist around medicine that my doctor prescribed....... I'm a proud women of color with no criminal record and educated so if you fit in those shoes I would pick another pharmacy.
Also, the technician working the front window (white women light brown hair) looked to be highly intoxicated. She was sluring and all over the place. This store has gone down hill.

It used to be a great pharmacy. Lately they take days to fill a prescription they NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE I've BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR to no avail. Now they call you up two at a time so some stranger can hear all about your personal RX. And they recently faxed a Dr. for a refill that my wife has never even seen before (she's had the same Dr. for 12 years) so she didn't get her RX for almost three months. They are nice enough but just not efficient we are looking to go elsewhere.

Pharmacy barely works at all. Nothing is ever on time, there's no communication, they won't call you when your prescription is ready, or work with you. Card reader doesn't accept swipe at all apparently, so either it's broken and they won't fix it, or it's another failure to communicate on their part.

I had the most amazing experience with a worker at the Pharmacy Kathleen. She was kind and enthusiastic. 10/10 would interact with her again!

While the store is mostly fine, this pharmacy sucks. They do not answer the phone, no matter how many loops of the automated message I go through. Any time I have ever called they don’t pick up! My prescriptions are ALWAYS late, and despite the staff telling me the text message alerts are easier, they don’t bother to send them! I have to go in person every time I need something filled to get any information about if my medications are ready, as the online app is also completely unhelpful. Do not get scripts filled here!

if zero was a choice, that would be it. DO NOT FILL YOUR SCRIPTS HERE. or ANY rite aid. they ALL do not care and will have you doing their job for them. i have been a pharmacy technician for years and NONE of these ever takes initiative or any action whatsoever until they are told. they will then say "you can complain to someone else." AVOID RITE AID AT ALL COSTS.
currently on the phone for over 10 minutes on a loop. sometimes up to 40 minutes before anyone picks up the phone. never any help.

Normally this place is great, but it seems there's been recent changes. My wife got an automatic notification yesterday saying meds would be ready by 4pm that same day. I came in today and was told they were not ready yet and to come back in an hour. I returned over an hour later and was told that they still aren't ready and was asked to sit.
These folks are understaffed and it is a clear fault of management.

Normally I feel pretty welcomed in a Rite aid .. tonight was a completely different scenario … I felt like employees were following us and had heavy accusing eyes. I am no stranger to retail I am a store manager myself, I would never instruct my employees to FOLLOW and practically harass people that are just shopping. My boyfriend and I may look a little different but we are happy to pay our money that we earned at establishments. Going forward I will not be shopping here again. Whoever was on your floor tonight between 7-8 pm needs a little more training in that department. I felt unwelcomed and targeted. Do better. ?

I understand the struggles that Pharmacists are facing with no budget for technicians and support staff. Plus crazy queues and unrealistic metrics, but this location takes the prize for #1 abysmal service. They never have your medications ready. You can have it on auto fill, you can try and call, the pharmacist can look in the eyes and say ”I’m filling your prescription, give me an hour”. You come back two days later and they won’t have your medications ready. The store is ok.

They do not honor the prices or sales listed. We took pictures of the tag, description and sales tag on the shelf and they claimed all 3 rows of products (Christmas lights) that were placed there which matched the description on the tag below exactly where the 75%off Christmas items sale sign was placed were all in the wrong place. They called the manager over who refused to even go look, we had taken a photo and shown the manager who refused to honor it still. This is the second time in a row they have done this to us with clearance items and refused to honor the deals they advertised. This doesn’t seem to be accidental anymore, they are intentionally advertising deals which they don’t intend to honor. Total bait and switch! Additionally they were saying that the clearance items were ringing up at OVER the original price listed on the shelves. This is a total scam, and totally Illegal!!! Idk how they continue to get away with this. They are just operating under the assumption that people are too dumb to check or do the math. Severely disappointed and will be looking into what additional actions can be taken as they are deliberately taking advantage of people!

Any medications that have serious/ lethal withdrawal within 24 hours, antibiotics and antivirals should be filled the day the script comes in. Priority care SHOULD come first. this place makes me sick (no literally, they've sat on my antivirals for days so now i can't walk and my left eye is swollen shut due to my script not being filled when it was called in) all this could have been avoided had the pharmacists done their jobs. Drugs should be filled due to urgency of need and not first come first serve. You're putting many people at risk (myself included) . Tim deserves better and so do we as clients. As for filling regular medications/refills- even if you get your refill called in 2 weeks prior, they still won't have your medication ready by the due date and when you go to pick up, it won't even be ready. Sad state of Oregon healthcare these days.

The staff NEVER answer the phone. It takes 10 minutes just to get a hold of someone. Terrible service. Do not get your prescriptions here.

This review is strictly for the pharmacy: The lady working in the pharmacy was extremely rude over the phone. I was calling for a refill on a medication that saves me from life threatening complications and she had no patience, was disrespectful while I was making sure she was able to understand me while I spoke, and what I needed filled, and I will definitely be addressing this when I come to pick up my prescription.
