I’ve worked with a lot of pharmacists over the years and I must say the ones at Rite Aid take the extra time to listen \\u0026 be helpful. Twice recently, I’ve been helped by Ethan and he was very patient and went the few extra yards to accommodate my requests.

Horrible pharmacy. Issues getting prescriptions filled every single time, stalling for days until I'm completely out of my medication. Do not have your prescriptions filled here.

Good location. Close to the highway too so its very Convenient Actually. And its a big store so it has a very big selection to pick from. I noticed Every time i come here there always a line. Hopefully they get more people at the regesters to help reduce the long lines. Other then that. Its pretty good.

The people here are very kind, understanding, sweet, and patient. Customer service excels in every way. They tend to be super busy and behind on filling due to things beyond their control, so it's best to either call ahead of time and let them know you're coming or plan on showing up once to check in and a second time to pick up. They do amazing given their circumstances. Exercising a little extra patience for them is more than worth how kind and respectful they always are, even and especially towards upset patients.

They kept us waiting for an hour. Not because the prescription wasnt ready ,they simply \\\"forgot\\\" to tell us it was ready. It didnt seem like they \\\"forgot\\\" to stand around chatting it up in the back while we were waiting. This was a disappointing experience.
