I love RH ! More so for the vibes and the magnanimity of the store -high ceiling , beautiful pieces , big staircase -I love everything about it . This one like most other 's is a multi level store with lots of furniture, accessories, lighting etc. The employees are friendly and greet you right at the door but not too overbearing .If I am browsing I let them know that but if I am looking for a specific piece of furniture I do let them know the details, so that they can help guide based on preferences . A lot of customization is offered and the wait times hopefully are not as bad as they were during covid . The membership is great because the prices do get discounted substantially. They use third party delivery services if you need it delivered to your house but it comes at an additional cost even if you are a member . I am a big fan of the chandeliers and light fixtures and even though they are pricey , I feel one can easily elevate any space with those . But having said that -its an Investment in itself . I wish they had the RH restaurant that they have in other cities because the patio up here is gorgeous .

I've been working with Madison K. on interior design and she is AMAZING. It's been the best experience I've had (by far) working with any brand on furnishing our house. She's super knowledgeable, efficient, and patient. Everything she's helped me select so far I have absolutely loved.

RH's quality of furniture is always top notch. My most recent order far exceeded my expectations due to Michael, the sales representative, I worked closely with. Michael is AMAZING...extremely patient, very professional, excellent communicator and worked with speed to help me get my custom order just perfect. The customer service is horrible!!!!!!!I am a member of RH for several years and furnished my few house from RH. Always quality of items and customer service were very good.I called to the Portland RH Gallery and tried to order several items fro my bed room.. The sales person ( unfortunately I did not remember his name) was not helpful. He spoke disparagingly and seemed the wanted quickly end the conversation and hang up. the phone. As a result I just waist my time to call there and later made online order by myself.I think the stuff need to be trained better.

My husband and went here to look at furniture for our new home. We instantly saw the famous cloud couch, so inviting! We were immediately welcomed to sit on them to try them out. All of the sales representatives were friendly and talkative, but not overpowering at all. We went on all levels and oh my, the roof top is amazing. We did receive a business card from a representative to work with once we left. We went ahead and ordered the cloud, Maxwell, and an outdoor sofa via the representative who gave us his business card, Michael G. He was wonderful to work with. Extremely patient with us as we went back and forth until we finally made decisions. He even went above and beyond by taking our room dimensions to make sure the furniture would fit well. I completely recommend RH and their quality, especially their performance fabric.

Jon Michael was so helpful choosing knobs and handles to update my kitchen! There are 100’s of knobs and I was overwhelmed. He had such great advice and I am totally pleased with how things turned out. I would strongly recommend him.

Sadly I thought I had found a couch, chair and ottoman after searching for months but the service is completely lacking here. I called and spoke to someone and have since had very poor response. Even after making a trip back to the studio to check sizes, color, etc...the person supposedly helping me neglected to follow up today with the quotes. No they did not mention anything about not working today. I guess $12k is not worthy of service. Additionally, the couches are made in China. I asked directly if the couch I wanted was made by a specific US company that I am familiar with and was told yes by two different employees. Thankfully I came home last night and did a Google search. The reviews were telling. I am so disappointed.

Poor to no follow up from "designers" if they perceive you to not be spending enough. Or at least that is my perception. After sending a few emails with questions I ended up making making a trip back to the store to see some things for myself. The "designer" committed to following up with a quote for several pieces but there was absolutely no follow up today. Additionally, more than one person in this store misrepresented where the pieces are made. The origin of their couches is China but when asked directly if a certain model was made by XX company in the US, they say yes. It's unfortunate. I really thought I found what I was looking for but likely will keep searching. Do your homework before making a major purchase here unless you have $12k or more to flush down the toilet. The store is stunning but it's a flawed model.
