The room was very comfortable, and check-in was easy.
The HUGE pack of screaming children made the pool and hot tub wildly impossible to enjoy, which after a long day of travel was really all I wanted.
Hot tubs packed with small children is really not my idea of a good time. I will never understand why management and parents allow their children to be SO loud at hotel pools. It's a huge lack of respect for others trying to enjoy the space.
Other than that, the hotel was good.

Great location, but that’s about all that’s positive.
Very expensive rooms, plus they tac on $40/day for parking.
They don’t tell you this up front but they do not clean the rooms during your stay (contrary to what it says on their web site). We stayed a week and boy what a mess after a week with no cleaning. We complained but didn’t do any good, and never heard from the manager.
Lots of other hotels in the same area.

Nearby activities: Awful rude staff, dirty rooms, loud noises throughout the hotel that made sleeping less than desirable. Will not be going back any time soon.

Everything seems fine but the breakfast is quite low of standard. When I was having breakfast at least 3 of homeless walked pass the restaurant doors to took the food to outside the building, some of them was standing and having the food.
I feel like we r at food donation area not the place where we pay it for.

This location is really hard to access they charge you for daily parking and it's almost a mile from anything relevant on foot so it's not even really considered part of downtown

Rooms are great! They are clean, well equipped, and have a kitchen. Darell in the Bar is happy, friendly, knowledgeable! We enjoyed his company. He is great and a highlight of our trip.
Pool is big and clean. Hallways are clean. No complaints! Would stay here again.

Nina at the front desk is gracious, welcoming, and provides wonderful and efficient customer service. The rooms are lovely.

WATCH OUT FOR UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES. I had an unauthorized charge twice in two different stays from this hotel. They try to deny that they charged me anything, even through i have a copy of the American Express charge. Something is fishy at this hotel, they have a scammer working for them. Your a joke. Shouldn't be in the hotel business. 9 floors and the elevators don't work. Then you tell no one when they check in about the situation. Why have a pantry? It's stocked with nothing. Why offer steaming with the television? It don't work. Sorry if I hurt your feeling.

Great studio room for a family of 4. Unfortunately you don't get any service during your stay (you have to ask for new towels, toilet paper, coffee etc)

Very nice view. Breakfast was the best I've ever had at any hotel I've stayed at so far. There was one woman who worked every day that we stayed who was very personable. I honestly wish I could give her a shout-out by name.

Great customer service! Maeson a front desk worker couldn't have been more polite and professional at her job. She helped me and my fiance find places to eat and explore while we visited Portland. The valet gentlemen was probably the nicest man I talked to in the whole state of Oregon. He was very efficient and great at his job. The hotel was near almost everything we wanted to explore and it's in a prime location. I would recommend this hotel to everyone looking for fantastic customer service and all around excellence.

Great hotel with a great price and freshly renovated rooms. Good location away from the noise of downtown, yet within walking distance of it. Lots of cafes 5 minutes away walking distance along the riverside.

Great room and experience! Lil bit of a walk to the gondola to get up to ohsu but minimal overall. The rooms were clean bed comfy and staff was curtious.
