Always great finds at Rerun! I would have stayed longer, but there is no restroom for customers. I'll remember to go before I return.

I like this place. I was sending a pic of a cool mirror to my friend, and my friend asked me if the owner of rerun was following me around to see if I was stealing, and when I zoomed in on the mirror pic she was literally right behind me watching me lol.

Amazing thrift store!! One of the best I’ve been to in Portland so far. Their “grab bags” are awesome! And huge selection of house stuff. The wood section is nearly to die for.

Giving this place two stars, the style of communication that I ran into here with the staff wasn't great. It's rather strange or embarrassing that some staff members don't seem to be allowed to answer questions on their own, and having to resort to what seemed like some outdated high pressure sales tactic from the 90s by sending someone over who I'm assuming was the manager who just began speaking without introducing themselves in a really vague and unpleasant way. Basically I would have been happy to take the piece but decided not to after that.

We were visiting Portland and went to about 5 different thrift stores . This was by far the best one with a great & eclectic selection of items, interesting displays and lots of brand new items with tags still on them. Decent prices, friendly staff. We loved it.

Not a fan of the place nor the staff. Can't walk in without them in your face about if you've been there. Can't go between up stairs and down stairs while carrying your items. Prices were unreasonably high. And even then, you can't return items.

An eclectic place to shop for something you never knew you wanted. The space is laid out well for easy shopping and the staff is always top notch and friendly.

do not go here if you are disabled or queer. my partner and i just moved to the neighborhood so we road our bikes to take a look at furniture and maybe buy a rug if they had one we liked. I found a pillow case outside and brought it in with me, while walking around i folded the pillowcase. I found another 2 pillows i liked more and matched so i decided i didn't want the other one anymore. I handed the pillows to my partner and almost immediately someone asked if they wanted them to hold the pillows for us. I didn't think this was weird because we just started shopping but then as i was about to go down stairs a lady bounced in front of me and asked to hold the pillow case while i went downstairs so i told her i was actually not getting the pillowcase anymore and i had gotten it from outside. I go downstairs and my partner follows to tell me they were accusing me of stealing after i walked away saying that i was fiddling with the pillowcase. I immediately wanted to leave. on the way out i told the older white man, who i assume is the owner, what we heard and he confirmed that they did profile people based on behaviors and that my behavior is similar to those on drugs! as a nuerodivergent person who also suffers with anxiety in new places this is not uncommon behavior and these are popular disabilities. I let him know that assumption was extremely ablest and inappropriate. He told me if i was like 90% of people i wouldn't have had this experience. which is literally saying they are discriminatory towards people who are different. I had a tiny side bag shorts and a t shirt on. my partner a mini backpack, crop top, and stretchy shorts. no huge bags or anything. we are a visibly queer / trans couple so that could play another factor. they did admit to profiling me "based on my behaviors" (aka folding and holding a pillowcase that was $14 and i was going to buy) so we will say it is just because of that like they said, that is extremely ablest and not okay. I would have been a loyal customer as i liked a lot of things in my 5 minutes of shopping and live down the street but i am glad to find out they are bigots before i gave them my money. who knows what else you will get profiled on. gross i was about to spend money at a place that was looking at me as a criminal from the start.

If you're looking for antiques, vintage items or household items at a better price, come on by. Good selection and you won't leave without buying something.

Once every six months or so I take a few bags of the best stuff I’m getting rid of to Rerun (a consignment shop). The not-so-great stuff I take elsewhere. They choose a very small portion of the numerous items I bring, usually between 5-20 things, and then next time I return six months later I’ve made between 60-180 dollars.FYI - You have to set up an appointment months in advance to bring your stuff in. Also many reviews state that they are pretentious (it’s Portland, home of the hipster, are you surprised?), and a few are sometimes, but most are very congenial. As far as consignment shops go, this place is my all time favorite. Also if your wanting to shop at a thrift store or search for affordable antiques I highly recommend stopping here first. I give it 9.5 stars out of 10.#supportlocal #recycle

This was our first time going in and will be our last. There was a stone book holder that had fell onto my mothers foot when she grab a book from the shelf. It busied her foot and toe and when she told a worker there what had happened and that the books might be to heavy for the book holder, he replied rudely "well its been fine all this time." There was no apologies to my mom and the manager even said that there was no need for apologies even though my mother was hurt in their store.
