I am so grateful for the community that Emma has built at REP. Don’t let the fear of weightlifting keep you from trying this out!! This really is a place for anyone and everyone. Emma, Caitlyn, Katy and Kubo really are the best of the best. Anti-gym vibes with the hardest workouts. I am better fit physically and mentally.

I love REP Movement & Emma Middlebrook! I started training in 2020 at the same time starting cancer treatment. I knew I needed to get my body healthier to help me get through that. I did get through that with Emma on my care team. 3 years later & still working out at REP Movement, I feel great. I am stronger in both body and mind. Yes, the workouts are hard. But they are so satisfying. You will be grateful after each session. So much kindness bouncing off the walls at this studio.

A gym filled with some phenomenal folx who challenge you in all the best ways. Strength training can be intimidating, but Emma is so welcoming. Emma keeps a close eye on everyone to ensure we have good form and no one gets injured. Highly recommend REP fitness.

So glad I got biscuits with my niece and noticed the sign for REP. I hadn't really moved for a year and decided it was time to come back into my body.New gym classes make me nervous because many places say they are for 'any body' but they often only show one body type on their website and instructions for movement are given in one way and then you have to ask for mods/alternatives if your body isn't doing that thing that way that day. I checked out REP online and loved the photos and the philosophy statement and gave it a go to see if they were as cool as they seemed.I initially thought I'd go once a week and unless I cannot for a fairly big reason, I have started going three times a week. REP is welcoming and challenging and full of warm people. I can feel myself getting a little stronger after ten classes over seven weeks and am excited to keep going and seeing how my strength, cardio, flexibility, and balance improve going forward.

The only fitness studio I will ever visit in regards to weight training. Rep and their instructors care about their clients, they care about their body, their form, previous injuries, and the vibes are immaculate. I recently tried a weight training class close to my house, and I will never cheat on rep movement studio again. Hands down one of the best workouts you will ever have in your entire life if you don’t know you probably should know but hopefully you don’t know because classes fill up and it’s the most anticipated workout of the week.

I’m 3 weeks in and love this place. The vibe is chill and genuine and non-judgmental. The space is set up to accommodate all types of people, in all different phases of life and fitness. The trainers are truly delightful humans. I feel so lucky that I get to workout here.

Emma is great! Over the past 5 months of training I’ve had rapid gains in strength & endurance. Emma is skilled at developing programs to fit health conditions, injuries, & personal goals. Sessions are always fun & challenging.

I have been working out with Emma at REP for over 18 months, and it is not hyperbole to say that Emma has changed my life. I entered REP carrying a lot of emotional (and physical) weight and Emma has been a the most supportive trainer and friend to me while I literally "work it out".REP is a safe and supportive space to push yourself, to get stronger and fail, but always get up and try again. I look forward to my workouts now, the playlists are SO. GOOD. I always leave feeling challenged and accomplished. The new teachers that have joined REP are also wonderful. It is a very cool and supportive community that I am proud to be a part of.Oh, and the workouts are KILLER! :)

Emma is the kind of person that will give you her shirt off her back- literally, she has done this for me. This gym is actually welcoming unlike the many gyms I have tried. I’m challenged without being pressured, I’m stronger without feeling incapable, and I’m in great company. If you’re needing a push or a reason to workout with Emma or REP Fitness- from a person that despises working out- this is the place for you... because this is a place for everyone.

Anti-Gym definitely fits. Emma goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed and not just like another number like at other places. What she has done here definitely does not fit the norm. During the shutdown, she saw a need for people and gave away her time and effort so people could have a healthy outlet. So yes, REP has your back.
