I rented a recliner from these guys while recovering from surgery in November 2022. Had a really good experience with them so I rented from them again after additional surgery in December 2023. I highly recommend this business. They have been repeatedly robbed, burglarized and vandalized since the 2020 riots in Portland; yet, they still offer great products, great service and friendly staff while struggling to stay in business. This is EXACTLY the kind of local business you should be supporting by being a customer. Delivery can sometimes run a bit late; but, like everyone, they are struggling to get enough employees. In both cases, the people who delivered the recliners were friendly and very careful not do damage my house while getting the chairs through the front door. The chairs were good enough quality that I probably would have bought one - if I wasn't preparing to move away from **** City.

I've ordered a computer 3 weeks ago still no call from store no delivery no nothing! I'd like to get my computer I've paid payments for please starting to get annoying.Now I feel as though I'm just never heard at all. Payments allegedly have to pull on sat I made it clear I need to pay wed and they don't listen

Alex has done everything possible to help. Unfortunately, the first bike I received when I got on it the pedal broke and chain came off. There was no one that was able to fix it. Everything in between takes to long to explain. I'll just move ahead to another bike was ordered and weeks later was informed bike lost in transit. Alex went to Vancouver to pick up the same bike new in the box. Well the battery does not connect to bike to give it power. The manual says they send battery half full and should only take an hour full charge. It took eight. So here I sit with a brand new bike I cannot ride. My advice to you is give NAKTO the boot. No one wants to work on them cause they are poorly made. I don't know what to say except I'm sitting with a bike I cannot use. I want to bring it back but because of how well and out of the way Alex has gone prevents me from dropping it off at the door. I rated it so low due to the product not customer service

The staff is so friendly, kind and helpful. I had a great experience. Special thanks to Dennis and kelly and I the boss (I don't know his name). The 4 stars is because it took along time to recieve my product. But had nothing to do with the store or staff!

I erased the earlier review i wrote and am replacing it with this updated version. After what was a stressful and anxiety ridden experience for me with the delays in our delivery of our bed set and washer/dryer, i want to give the 5 stars i wanted to give in the first place. Dennis and Alex were amazing. They felt bad for all the delays that happened, they followed through on everything as well as calling me to let us know when they would be coming by, to see what they could do to remedy the situation etc. From the day we went in there, they were the nicest guys and helped us with everything we needed. I want to thank them for all their help, with being as attentive as they were and making sure that we were happy and satisfied. I really appreciate it and thank you Dennis and Alex for all the help. We will be back!

Very bad, I’ve been paying over $5000 for a washer and dryer set. I will be contacting the ATtorney General and I know this company had a lawsuit in California for over charging customers over what the value in say MOR furniture store. Or Ashley furniture. I’m getting over charged when my price said $4 thousand and something to buy.
