Randy is very knowledgeable and did his best to restore an Afghan rug and charged a very reasonable price. I wholeheartedly recommend Renaissance Rug. Best place to take your carpets.

I had an alarming mishap with a rug--a cut on the edge of a fine Tibetan rug. I was referred to Renaissance by a trusted rug expert in Eugene, and called, frantic for help. They asked for photos of the damage, affirmed what the damage was, and how they could help. The long and short of it--I showed up in Portland with the rug, and Renaissance actually repaired it while I waited. Amazing service, and a flawless, invisible repair. I was floored by the price--less than I could have imagined. Wonderful people. They showed me around their facility, where they clean fine rugs, and I'm so impressed. I won't use anyone else for my rugs, and I recommend Renaissance to clients. Highest recommendation.

Our dog had a terrible accident on my favorite wool area rug. One of my kids tried to clean it in a completely inappropriate method, which made the problem even worse. I was sure the rug was a gonner, but decided that it was worth spending the money to try a professional cleaning before buying a new one. I didn't have high hopes. I was absolutely blown away by the result that Renaissance achieved. It looks and smells like a brand new rug, and somehow it's softer than it's ever been. I highly, highly recommend using this company.

Guys, you need to know the owners are so knoledgeable. i took my antique orieantal rugs that have been in the family for generations and they did very fantastic job!!! One of our rugs had nasty cat pee odors -__- and they god all the odor out.. WAOW thank youuuu

We took our Persian rug here to have water damage removed. After about a month had gone by, Renaissance rugs called us to let us know that our rug was ready, but they had been unable to remove the water damage. When I picked up the rug, I was surprised to see that the stains appeared even worse and now there was new bleeding of colors in the rug that was not there before. However, they still charged full price for their failed attempt. We paid $300 for nothing. They could've at least given us a discount, considering that they did nothing to improve the appearance of our rug. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business.

Renaissance Rug Cleaners did an excellent cleaning job and fringe repair on our 8' x 10' vintage wool rug. The colors look bright and fresh and the fringe looks like new.Service: General carpet cleaning
