Recently spent thousands on their excellent product but the experiences have not been great. This company is not what it was before it was sold to Williams-Sonoma. They have a loooong way to go in customer service. There is one amazing sales associate, but several other associates have soured our experiences with the company. Slightly adjusting some company policies would also probably help.

Very positive experience!! I had an order of fixtures for installation using a number of Rejuvenation fixtures and accessories. Once all parts were laid out and ready to assemble on site, we were missing a mounting bracket part. I don't know if it was actually missing from order, or one of our crew tossed it out with the boxes.I proceeded to Rejuvenation in an attempt getting a replacement part as this was our final install day on this project. I let them know we may have tossed out the part, or it was missing, honestly didn't know. Also knew the product was being discontinued.Not only did the original person help me, she checked with one to two others to find the best path forward in my case. Without leaving a long story here, I'll simply say that at least four staff people were involved, they did every thing you can imagine to help out. Between searching their store for the part, calling to check inventory around other stores, they were hustling to do their best.It finally came down to them actually removing a display item, giving me the part needed (needed one, they gave me two) and sending me on my way.Each staff member was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful about the product and truly did every thing to solve my dilemma. It took some effort and time, but they kept working on it until it was fully taken care of. One of the most positive experiences in recent history for me. Thank you crew at Rejuvenation Portland! What a team.

My husband and I bought all of our hardware for a custom build home. Our front exterior door handset broke after one year. This was a $600 item. Rejuvenation does not stand behind their product. We were told, "sorry," by the GM. We will never shop here again.

There was a Makers Fair. There the handcrafted items were great. Candles, body cream, ceramics,wooden items and knitted toys.

This store has changed over the years, minimal upcycled stuff. But there's a cool pop-up The Makers Market inside that has rotating local artists until December. Some great art & soaps & wooden crafts, ceramics, and handmade clothes all reasonably priced for artisan made

I love coming here, employees are great, but they should really consider having smaller items that they don't have in the store be able to be shipped to the store for free pick up. They will offer to buy it for me at the store like they're doing me a favor, but there's still a $20 or $30 shipping fee so you can just do it online yourself easier with auto-fill. I'd understand if it was a big item, but usually the things I buy are not that large. I would easily spend more money here if they did an in free in-store pick up.

Where do I start?! I have been searching for almost 2 years for stairwell sconces. Came upon some here. Ordered (4 / $2k total), first set came with cords, were supposed to be hardwired, had to pay to return everything. Finally got the second set and 2/4 are the wrong color. So now I’m having to again pay to return (UPS large pickup). I get the runaround from the store, they tell me to call customer service to exchange or re-order the correct ones…customer service says no, the store needs to do the transaction (to honor the sale price I paid). Call the store and they tell me to call back tomorrow to speak to a different manager. Unbelievable! I’m always a review reader and I can’t believe I didn’t even read all these reviews before I purchased. Let hope the product matches their prices, because nothing else so far does. If they screw up this 3rd attempt, I’m throwing in the towel and will continue my hunt elsewhere!

Excellent selection and great sales depending on timing. Staff are incredibly helpful in all areas and work their butts off to help you find what you're looking for; I guess there's some kind of back-system integration between multiple stocking systems and multiple folks went above and beyond to locate items that we were looking for. Beautiful show-room.

I placed a large online order for cabinet knobs. After about a week they cancelled the order for no apparent reason. I guess they didn’t actually have knobs in stock? I don’t know. They’ve really gone downhill lately. Too bad.

Just ordered two light fixtures, each $1000. Light don't fit the shade. Terrible customer service. Avoid this combat.

Rejuvenation needs to train its salespeople better. When we arrived at the store after six days of being told our furniture "would arrive in the next few hours," and then when it didn't arrive, calling the delivery service multiple times for information and updates, the first thing Rejuvenation staff said to us was, "We are not UPS employees.""Sorry" can go a long way in repairing a frayed customer relationship. We never got that. And, although two employees, Lauren and Sarah, told us on the phone that we could get a refund, when we arrived in person, Michelle refused. I hope the Rejuvenation staff learns how to better satisfy its customers. We will not shop there again.

I ordered four drawer pulls and two cabinet knobs for my hallway built-in cabinet. I ordered everything in the same finish, but the order arrived with one knob in a different finish. Additionally, the quality was not as I expected. I returned the whole order and waited over a month to see my refund show up in my account. After a month, I called the company and the woman I spoke to on the phone seemed to be taking an inordinately long time to find the order and to manage the system in general. She did a lot of talking to herself, and I probably waited about three minutes for her to even locate my order. She said she had to "push the refund through manually" in order for me to get my refund. She assured me she had done that and I should see my refund soon. The following day I did see a refund from the company, but it was only for half of my purchase price. So I called the company a second time and had a similar experience. The following day half of my remaining balance showed up in my account so I called a third time. Same exact scenario, but this time I was told the rest of the money is going to shipping and handling and I wouldn't be getting any more back. I will not be a return customer.

Beware Rejuvenation Hardware does not have a price guarantee. The tree large planter boxes I purchased online for $499 March 7th were delivered on March 18th. They had gone on sale for $409 prior to delivery. When I called for a price adjustment, the customer service rep said, "we don't do that." I could return them except that White Glove shipping took the packaging. Returns must be in their original packaging and customer pays all shipping costs, which was $250 for delivery.
