***NOT TRANS FRIENDLY***
If I could give zero stars, I would.
Diane was directly discriminatory towards my wife (mtf transfem). Diane refused to let me go back with her even though she needed assistance (didnt even give me the chance to SAY she needed assitance), despite this not being a problem with countless other Quest Diagnostics (we've been to three different ones so far this year). She refused to let my wife use the restroom (a gender neutral single-person restroom, which was empty at the time of asking, and we were twenty minutes early so it's not even like she was running late for the next appointment). And worst of all, she "checked" for veins at my wife's arms, but deliberately CHOSE to disregard the clearly-visible veins on her arms in favor of going for her hands, a method of drawing blood that is notoriously painful, and then even after my wife stated which arm and hand she preferred since one cant feel as much pain due to a disorder, Diane then chose the hand that would hurt her the MOST.
I will be submitting formal complaints.

SERIOUSLY DO NOT GO HERE. No receptionist. Online portal is buggy. There is no way to call them to ask questions before your appointment. I wasted time driving there and back to have one of their nurses tell me that they stop testing what I needed at 12:00. No mention of that on their website. DO NOT GO HERE!

Showed up early for an appointment I made a week out. Waited a little over 20 min and then was told there’s a “disconnect” somewhere in their system that’s scheduling people for drug screens beyond the cut off of when they do them. Guy gave me a rehearsed speech like this happens all the time. About as unprofessional as it gets. This is on Quest.

I was a walk in. I did not have an appointment so I waited over 2 hours and then tech announced that he was going to lunch. I didn't leave because I had already spent the morning there and decided not to let it be in vain. After 1 hour lunch the tech got back and got into a yelling match with another person waiting for labs because she asked him to turned down the television. I had never witnessed anything like it. If you can avoid this place with out an appointment you will be happier.

Robert, Megan, and Stephanie were extremely kind when assisting with my urine panel. It was easy to get checked in and we conducted my urine panel with quickly with minimal disruption to my day. It’s not often you have a good experience with a urine panel but the team here was super kind and I felt the need to shout them out! Please, if you are scheduled for a screening at this location, make an appointment over the phone or online to make sure your experience is smooth!

I was apprehensive about going here for a blood test after seeing the reviews, but my experience was actually great. I scheduled an appointment ahead of time and after arriving they took me back within 5 or so minutes after checking in. If it makes any difference, I opted to receive text messages for my appointment so I indicated on my phone that I arrived. My appointment was also midday, like 12:30 or so.
I've never had a bad reaction before, but for some reason this time I nearly passed out. The phlebotomist was very attentive/caring and made sure I was OK before I got up to leave again.

Essentially a location full of low functioning adults. Arrived with an appointment and was told they couldn’t perform the required test. If you cant perform the test then don’t accept the appointment.

I went in for a scheduled drug test at 3:40pm, only to be informed that they stop doing urines at 1pm. I drove 30+ minutes to get here, and had to come back early the next morning to get it done. Super frustrating. Be careful if you’re scheduling a drug test!
But if it was based on personnel alone, this would be a 5 star rating. Robert was amazing, and so kind, and had such a good heart. We definitely need more people like them in healthcare! If they worked for a different clinic, I would go to them for all of my tests! (They also has some really good ideas about rainbow gloves- Quest take note).

I've had positive experiences with Quest Diagnostics since I started going there 5 years ago. Everyone is so nice, very skilled phlebotomists. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to blood draws, and they were very compassionate/understanding/patient. As a trans/non-binary person with medical trauma, I can vouch for Quest. They're great with pronouns and name-changes and there have been a few queer phlebotomists that I've worked with who are awesome.
I always make appointments for blood draws and have virtually no wait time. The one time I did a walk-in took forever but that's to be expected with walk-in services!

Be aware that they do not keep to their posted hours. I was there this morning, and at 11:35, I was told that I wouldn’t be seen, because they take their last patient at 11:40. This was after waiting for ~45 minutes.

Always backed up. Never come as a stand by.

Gayle is a five star phlebotomist. She almost makes up for the complete dystopian, claustrophobic vibes you get from the waiting room. The appointment you made might also be delayed. There are several techs working, so I imagine other locations with only 1 or two might have even greater delays.
Gayle was terrific. It was the end of the day and there were issues in which she handled with patience and understanding. She was thorough and good with a needle. This was not the closest location, I think I would return here because other locations are severely understaffed.

Employer drug screens cant be scheduled on the website which leads you to be a walk-in, drug screens are only until noon, and people with appointments for other things keep showing up able to cut in front of you. So you are stuck in a purgatory with a repeating TV that is too loud, hoping that the three people on the other side of the door at some point will have mercy for you between 8am and noon. Improve employer drug screen throughput. This is brutal. If you work your current job still while trying to do a screen here, you legitimately should call off the *entire* day, because you wont be able to get back to work by the time youre done here.

I was very nervous for my appointment because of I hate needles, but the lady who did my bloodwork was absolutely amazing! I barely felt a thing, and she was quick. However, I had an issue with an employee in the clinic area. While I was waiting outside for my Uber, a tall person with long blonde hair, wearing an apron, came next to me and was on the phone. At first, I didn't think much of it, but then I started feeling uncomfortable. When my Uber arrived, they took pictures of me, the driver, and my Uber's license plate, which is so weird! If you know this person or where they work, I would like to contact their manager and ask why they took my photos like creeps!
