Despite the online booking and check-in process working efficiently, I missed having a person at the front desk. Fortunately, the gentleman who took my blood was friendly, chatty, and welcoming. I will choose this venue to book any future blood tests.

The lab tech was great, but I received no communication whatsoever from Quest when I called to clarify an issue about whether a specific test would be covered. The cost of the tests is ridiculous ( $130 ea) for each test in the panel- so if it’s not covered, my recommendation is go elsewhere.
