I come here frequently and love most of the staff, but have had repeated negative interactions with Heather (there are two Heathers, and I’m talking about the shorter one with the blunt gray bob).
Every time that my husband or I come in to pick up prescription, she is barely civil, and I see her frequently treat other customers this way. The worst encounter I’ve had though was today when she sent me out with someone else’s **controlled substance prescription*** as well as discussing other prescriptions the patient is on (big HIPAA violation).
Before she rang me up she had asked me by name and birthdate, both of which I gave correctly and which are safeguards to prevent them from sending people home with the wrong meds. I made it about 50 ft from the cash register before realizing she had sent me out with Extended release Adderall that belonged to someone else. When I came back up to let her know, she got irate with me like it was my fault that she had handed over someone else’s highly controlled prescription instead of my own medications. I was totally taken aback since it’s not like I was upset with her for the mistake, but her yelling at me over her own mistake really upset me. I asked her, “How is this my fault?” and she tossed my prescription down, told her coworkers she was going home and instead of apologizing, ran off to the back room. I had to wait an additional ten minutes to get helped by the pharmacist, costs refunded (Heather inadvertently charged me double what the face price of the other persons medication cost was, so I had to log in to my bank to prove to Julie what Heather had charged me so I could get refunded properly).
I understand Heather may have been having an especially bad day, but my compassion for her behavior is severely underscored by the fact that she is always rude, so today wasn’t actually all that surprising. She makes me dread using this pharmacy but unfortunately they are often the only one who have my medications in stock, and as I’ve said, I really like the rest of the staff.
What happened today was a serious violation of pharmaceutical laws and HIPAA, however, in addition to being a terrible way to treat a customer.

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for over 20 years. I have always had professional, empathic and timely service from all the staff, not to mention a few good laughs. Thank you QFC pharmacy staff!!

I had a prescription sent here late morning of memorial day. It was ready extremely quickly despite the holiday, and everyone I spoke with very kind and helpful. Will definitely be getting my prescriptions filled here in the future :)

I have been picking up my medication here for over 5 years, most of the staff here are most helpful, polite people, who also give me the kindness of laughing at my bad jokes and talking about cats or their upcoming vacations with me. Wait times are short, and medication filled quickly,. Only not giving 5 stars because Julie (the weekend pharmacist) makes me feel so uncomfortable picking up my medication I have actually gone without it as to not deal with her lack of professionalism, obvious distrust and dislike of me, and apparent disbelief in COVID.

The pharmacy staff have always been friendly and helpful. No long wait times, although sometimes when crowded. Convenient for me.

First, I would like to thank the QFC workers and the Starbucks workers Last week when there was a snow storm my son got stuck at QFC for a few hours, but then the workers bought him some food and the people at Starbucks gave him a hot chocolate it was very nice i'm really glad that one there's an emergency my son can go to QFC.

I am so glad I switched to this pharmacy from the Glisan Fred Meyer pharmacy. They fill prescriptions quickly and are consistently friendly. I wish they had a drive thru, but it's not a deal breaker.

Good People, A Mt. Tabor resident, Burnside has been my pharmacy and G-Store for 23 years. The Team, managed by J, is consistently spectacular. These are frontline, essential workers. all this, despite the unbelievable & unforseen challenges of the past few years.The Team is efficient, empathatic & respectful. Should a problem arise, they fix it. I was going through a Rough Patch, they delivered my meds.....Twice.I can't describe enough good stuff about these kind, overworked, likely under-paid regular peeps. They know my name, I'm grateful. & appreciative. Enough said. :)

Your self check out attendant is a truly rude when it comes to customer service. I came in to buy a few items, during check out when I scanned my beer your attendant rushed over to me. He said " you can't scan any more items, get your ID out now or your transaction is canceled. I've never had a store handle alcohol sales this way, truly just poor manner. Just ask me for my ID and I will willingly give it to you. QFC, hirer better people. I work in the service industry myself and know it's not that hard to act appropriately during a interaction with a customer. Shitty store and shitty management. I'll take my business elsewhere

When I noticed I was overcharged for an item I waved to the self checkout attendant who was about 15 feet away. He just said "sup?" The guy made me walk over to him and explain my issue, then walk back to the checkout. Not like he was busy. Bad customer service. What am I supposed to yell my issue to someone 15 feet away?

The pharmacy gives you the hardest time to get a prescription refill it's ridiculous. Like today I had three prescriptions I have used two of them and somehow they've managed to lose my last one they say they can't find it. These people are incompetent at doing their damn job it's ridiculous. And then on top of that they're condescending as hell. The lady I spoke to today was basically yelling at me over the phone is how it sounded. I don't know if she was across the way from the phone but she's legitimately yelling. If you're considering this place to be your pharmacy don't save yourself a headache.

Please hire kind people for your pharmacy. Everyone is so rude and seems put our just by basic questions like "what would be a good time to come pick up my prescription?" I called today and the person who answered just kept talking to a co-worker when she picked up; she didn't even say "please hold." Just kept right on chatting with her co-worker. I said "hello?" And the woman literally said "what?" Poor poor customer service.
