I’m immensely grateful I found this company to supply me with a rollator. If you have Medicare/Medicaid, you know how difficult it can be to get what you need. My claim was made on Friday, with delivery to my door on Monday. Customer service communication thoroughly exceeded my expectations. Thanks again, Ellecia!

It seems like Sound's primary business model is to target the most vulnerable customers, those in skilled nursing facilities, where they dispense the least expensive (cheap) pruducts to their customers. Shop around, and advocate for your loved ones.

After trying for WEEKS with two other companies, I was finally able to obtain what I needed from Sound Health after only three DAYS!!! The staff was very responsive. They were not afraid to simply say, "I don't know" and then do what they needed to do to get the information. This is a huge contrast to Lincare, where I was never able to talk to the same person twice and got different stories every time I called. Go to Sound Health and put Lincare out of business!

Friendly service when I called for help. Just be advised, Sound Health charges $129 a month to rent a knee scooter and not too far away, at McCann's Medical, you can rent them for $55 a month. You do not have to go too far to get a much better deal.
