When I pulled up with my uhaul, I had no idea where to go. I drove around looking for my unit and didn’t see the number and was getting frustrated. Christine came over to assist me and showed me that my unit was inside. She kindly showed me how to reach it, walked me to it and showed me where the carts were to help me unload.She also showed me how to keep the building doors open so they wouldn’t keep shutting on me between loads. She was very helpful and genuinely kind. The entire time she was helping me, she was also picking up every little piece of trash or debris that people had left behind or that had blown around. I’ve had several units with PS (Seattle, Sacramento) and this is the nicest, cleanest one with the friendliest staff I’ve encountered. Keep it up!

Facility is well maintained and Christine was very professional. She made sure we knew where our unit was located and even followed up a few days later to make sure we were happy with our unit. Customer Service like this is a rarity these days!
