I was shocked seeing bad reviews. I experienced different women center around this city and honestly I was quite disappointed, so when I came to St.Vincent women clinic 2 years ago, I didn’t have high expectations, but oh man these people are amazing! From the information desk to nurses to the doctors, they are knowledgeable, caring, professional, kind and organized.I have received care from Dr.Deani Iverson, Dr.Barber and Dr.Robin Richards. I can’t say enough good things about them. I’m grateful from the bottom of my heart. They truly care about the patients. Right now, Dr.Richards is taking care of me during this high risk pregnancy, it’s like I’m talking to my compassion and kind sister, well the difference is that she is an outstanding doctor. God bless these people and their families.

They have a staff nurse named kaileen C that works here that is an awful person, with poor communication skills, who treats vulnerable people terribly.

I can't speak to the quality of the doctors, because I canceled my appointment after having a nightmare of a time finding parking, and then waiting ages for an elevator (Could I have walked? Sure, but I don't want to walk up 6 flights of stairs when I'm pregnant), and then waiting until 20 minutes after my appointment without hearing if I'd even be seen that day (To be clear, I arrived late, but they couldn't figure out if I'd need to reschedule). If you don't have someone who can drive you to appointments, I'd definitely recommend picking a different clinic. The receptionists were nice, at least.

I had a stillbirth that could have easily been prevented at 36 weeks and I will never use Providence for any healthcare related issues again

I will make the 40 minute drive to them because I love the care they give me. Highly recommend to all my pregnant friends and family. :)

Dr. Charlie is amazing. He helped me with both my pregnancies (2017 & 2019). My first pregnancy was very traumatic, I had severe preeclampsia. I made it out alive because of Dr. Charlie and his colleagues. When I got pregnant again I was terrified, and I ended up with gestational diabetes, and other issues (constant hives). Dr. Charlie really listened to my concerns and helped me get through that pregnancy. He advocated for my bilateral salpingectomy, which was ultimately approved only if I had a c-section (I had already planned to get one because my first was an emergency c-section and the induction failed). I will forever be grateful that I was able to get a bilateral salpingectomy.

Dr. Melissa Wollan Francis has cared for me through one pregnancy and one miscarriage. I cannot say enough positive things about her. She is not only extremely knowledgeable but also very caring and thoughtful as well. She consistently kept me updated and informed. She made me feel completely cared for and comforted every step of the way. She goes the extra mile to always remember my medical details but also my personal wants and needs as well. It is no exaggeration to say she is the best doctor I have ever met and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Older front desk lady is pretty rude, which made me feel uncomfortable. Fix your staff and proper manners while dealing with all patients. Doesn't seem friendly and I had to wait over 40 minutes for my appointment. Once they took my blood I almost fainted, did not finish my glucose test and have to redo it. They have not called to schedule my next appointment for 32 weeks yet, as they said they would. No clear follow up about any medication or prescriptions I should be taking for anemia. Doesn't seem to care about individual care, more like a office business with no personal care. If you are a supervisor, please consider this review and speak to your staff and make changes. I've transferred from a busier hospital in California who were much more prompt, professional, and intelligent in their care, it's disappointing to be met with this standard here.

This place is not worth you time trying to make appointments. They lady that was working with my wife was so disrespectful and not willing to talk with my wife of try to help us in anyway with are miscarriages we have been having. In stead made a smart remark about my wife age. I know In my wife file it show that we have been working with ORM for several months. That was so unprofessional of here to say something like that my wife left crying and so upset.

The receptionist Tanya at the progress ridge location was nothing but RUDE! incredibly unhelpful in my needs, and spoke down to me with sass and in a disrespectful tone. I feel let down by my medical clinic and ESPECIALLY TANYA. When I told her of my situation she LAUGHED AT ME and provided NO ASSISTANCE. What a rude and disrespectful human-- she refused me to speak to her supervisor, claiming "she wasn't there that day" if she ever answers the phone, ASK TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!

Dr. Robin Richards and the team are incredible! First off, Dr. Richards is the sweetest, listens to all my concerns, and is very honest/reassuring. Also-these last 2 weeks my pregnancy has been a little complicated and the labor and delivery team has been so awesome! Very kind, attentive, and thorough. On call docs, triage nurses, and everyone I’ve encountered are super efficient and it gives me great confidence to have my baby there. They always make me feel welcome and make sure my baby is okay. I really appreciate all that they do.

I’m shocked to see so many negative reviews. I’ve now delivered two babies at st. Vincent hospital with the care from the midwife team at the Womens Clinic. I’m forever grateful for the care I’ve received. I honestly miss the team so much! Im considering having a third baby and would definitely go back. There were a lot of moments I was anxious, dealt with health issues, ended up with an emergency c-section with my second, and they were so on top of giving my baby and me the best support and care. Leah Peterson is the best midwife and deserves all the recognition in the world.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR PREGNANCY!!! Choosing them as my OB office was the worst decision I could have made. From the very beginning of my pregnancy, they sent some of my lab work to a lab that was not in network with my insurance without letting me know which resulted in a bill that was over $1000. The front desk/schedulers are incredibly rude and unprofessional. There have been times where I am standing in front of them, in the middle of making an appointment and they will start to carry conversations with each other as if I am not even there. At one of my last appointments a receptionist made a comment about my body and asked if I was "making weight" for my pregnancy which made me extremely uncomfortable. You can send portal messages but only to get very generic responses that have nothing to do with your message. One nurse kept messaging me about how I was early in my pregnancy...... in my third trimester. Then she told me my anemia could not be the cause of my symptoms then I was told something different by my doctor. Every single message from the nurses seem to be copied and pasted from google and they do not reference your chart at all. Now in the end of my pregnancy they have called me to tell me that they have no appointments available for my next visit. I was told I need to call back every day to check for cancellations and that if I dont do that, I wont be having an appointment. If they know they are going to have pregnant patients that need follow up appointments, you'd think they would plan for that. Besides my mid wife, Leah Peterson, being awesome, this office is a nightmare. They have no idea how to care for patients, let alone pregnant ones.
